A lot of times I went to laundry near by ( 7laundry) a lot of people parked at laundry parking and went to caribou. Yes, there are signs and me and some other customers who did laundry could not find a spot sometimes. They keep ignoring the signs that say “ 7laundry parking only. Violators towed at owner expense”. Please do sth if u the owner. Tell the customers or ask them stop parking at the laundry parking because a lot of laundry customers couldn’t find a spot when they do that and stay at the coffee shop for long time”

“Every time i come here, everything is good. Times I've ordered for pickup over the phone and they told me it would be ready in 15 minutes, and it has never been ready in 15 minutes. Today, I had to wait 45 minutes for something i was told would be ready in 15 minutes. I personally never got an explanation of why, but I overheard a server telling the hostess it's because I had 3 people ahead of me. That would have been nice to know when i ordered so i didn't waste my entire lunch break from work waiting for my food. I could have gone somewhere else and enjoyed my break instead of having to hurriedly eat my food and rush back to work. Please be honest about wait times for people ordering to go.”

“We really like their slightly chewy Bagels, but the process of making them up seems a little under-developed. Does it make sense to put onion and peppers in the bagel only half cut, then put them on top of an egg. It is going to slide out. My pet irritation is when they fail to cut the bagel fully in half. By the time one goes to eat it, the entire contents of a 'Western' will want to leave when you pick it up, so not being properly cut is just the end. Plastic cutlery on a sheet of paper on a plastic tray does not hack it. They used to have their own brand of coffee, but then they swapped to Caribou which I like a lot less. The rewards scheme is bizarre. There are the points one earns and offers made to all members. However, what we have discovered over time is that you can take up only ONE of however many offers are there, OR redeem some points. When they ring it up on the till is the first clue you have that this is the case. So, whilst this is a rather negative review, we like what they are producing, just not the way they are operating.”
