“In short, this place is great. It is a mom & pop owned and operated restaurant, and they do it right. From the food to the service, everything is awesome here. I first ate here about a year ago when my father-in-law took the family out for dinner, and I was very happy with the food and service. There was about 8 of us that night and they took good care of us all. My lady and I decided to go again last night and we were again very impressed with everything. They were a little busy but the food not only tasted amazing, but it looked amazing as well. The service was quick and friendly. The owner of this restaurant even came around to check on us at one point.”

“I am sad how long I have gone without knowing about this place. I always crave breakfast during odd hours of the day, and not many places around here serve it, but THEY DO!! The food was absolutely delicious. My omelet was perfect, and stuffed to the brim with the ingredients I requested. They even use grilled onions in their omelets, so amazing. The bacon was perfectly crispy, with the right amount of chew, and my hashbrowns were soft and crunchy in just the right amounts. My brother said his chicken tenders were very good, and my boyfriend raved about his burrito. The staff was warm and friendly, and made you feel welcomed, something that is not common in this day and age. We will be back very soon! Thank you so much!”

“Honestly, I like Subway. I like the customization and the amount of fresh vegetables I can stack on a sandwich without getting charged extra. That said, when I typically go to one I'm either pleased or disappointed because Subway franchises are notoriously inconsistent, even as a single store. Yet I have never been disappointed coming to this one. I work nearby so I come here often because it's a relatively decent meal for not a terrible price, and the staff knew exactly how I wanted my sandwiches within just a couple of days. That's a level of service I don't get very often, which is awesome. They're always very nice and they do a great job. I will definitely be returning, and I'm very glad to buy sandwiches from this franchise.”

“Caet is pronounced Kate. It's an interesting place. It was a short walk from the Renaissance Hyatt where we were staying. Despite covid regulations and an ample crowd, we were seated promptly. The menu was enticing and we ended up ordering gumbo and a seafood platter. The seafood was mildly seasoned and sat upon a huge pile of French fries. The gumbo was New Orleans style - no roux, but rather a tomato base, and thick rather than soupy. There was a generous amount of seafood in it, including large gulf shrimp. I found it spicy and flavorful, but my wife didn't like it. The seafood platter contained huge gulf shrimp, tiny oysters, and small fillets of some kind of fish. The seafood was properly fried and had a nice texture . Seasoning was mild. The hush puppies were surprisingly good and I even enjoyed the coleslaw - not normally a favorite of mine. We would have liked to see a crab patty or stuffed crab as part of this platter. Most of those french fries were still there when we finished our meal - a waste. Service was casual, but okay. The wait staff all had masks, but it appeared that none of the kitchen staff wore masks. Cost of the meal was reasonable.”

“The last two meals I've had at Koestler were amazing. When they first opened, there were some growing pains, but they never left me without being satisfied. The atmosphere is great, with most of the tables relatively secluded from others. The bar also offer a nice place to have a drink and watch a game or just hang out.”

“My order was 35 minutes late and my pizza was cold. I’m not complaining about the quality of food but when you’re weary from traveling, a hot meal is preferable. No complaints about the delivery person either, she was very pleasant. I give them somewhat of a pass since we are in a pandemic but maybe in the future, they could try to make sure they send the food hot.”

“Dakota, our waitress, was great. Even though it's was super busy she got our orders efficiently and the kitchen must have been working hard because before you knew it the food was at the table. “11/9/20 Update - The last several visits were quick and the staff was friendly. Greatly improved from last year. 7/12/19 Update - Still slow. Drive through was backed up and not moving. Inside wasn't better. Awful store. 6/6/19 Update - They were starting to get better but now they're slow as molasses and are frequently out of certain products. I will try them again in a few months . 10/8/18 Update: I rarely post a one star review. This has the distinction of being the worst Starbucks I've patronized.Corporate needs to intervene ASAP. Employees seem to turn over at a dizzying rate, creating a customer service issue. Online ordering is the only way to get service in a reasonable timeframe. No guarantees on accuracy, but any other method is usually frustrating and slow. On one occasion, they literally ignored everyone in the drive-through because of a happy hour special. At the time, it was understaffed with only two very slow baristas and one manager. On the positive side, it's a convenient location.”
