“Very busy for brunch! Managed to just squeeze in at the bar thankfully to avoid the hour long wait. The staff was friendly and attentive and we had multiple people supporting the bartender in serving us. Overall our food was well made and no one had any major qualms. They have an interesting menu and I would be curious to try something else next time I visit. I ordered their Italian style biscuits and gravy, which I thought was pretty delicious overall but maybe over-indexed on the amount of rosemary in the dish. I saw someone else order the soft boiled egg and soldiers and it looked perfectly prepared - almost definitely the dish I'll try next!”

“Food has become what it is... Out of a bag,.... The people rocked. so did the staff... Went all "1 billion sold" on us... They were awesome back when they forced local food. Made soup in house. I get it. You make more in grocery stores now..... Well that's why u need it to be super fresh in person. So that when you get it from the store you remember how awesome it is at the restaurant...not mass produced... People think... Tastes same as home sell more... Bad logic.... Hence forth why they are closing there doors everywhere ... I took this time to write this... GO BACK TO YOUR ROOTS! Make wholesome organic Farm Fresh homemade products in store!!! Or you're only be a grocery store name in the future. That's a lot less products sold in the end. And a slow product death.”

“My college boyfriend and I drove down to St. Louis for Labor Day weekend in 2015 and happened upon this place for breakfast. We both got skillets and they were out of this world. I’ve been trying for awhile to find the name of this place so I can recommend it to other people. There’s something to be said for food so good that you can eat there once and still miss it 4 years later. Would highly recommend.”

“This place has been updated to the newer ordering system. Ordered a combo and customized it and my order came out hot and correct. The worker there I spoke with was polite and respectful. The only negative is the dining room area could have used a bit of clean up. The inside was empty when I arrived but there was things left on tables no one came out during the time I was there and picked things up. However, they may have been short-handed. I could see that trash had been pulled recently and things looked otherwise maintained and is better than others in the area that I have been to in the past.”
