“There food could be a little better and less artificial. However the fires are amazing in general as well as the frappucinos, milkshakes, and their lattes. They also have pretty good tea and soft drink there. They could pick less kinda rude people. Now I am not hating on all of them but some are, I actually have a friend who works there that is amazing and doesn't give discounts for being friends. It is worth it if you could spare some calories for their fries. Sorry if it sounded like a hate post.”

“Scooters is an excellent replacement for Starbucks, in fact, they are quite superior. They have amazing coffee (real coffee) and provide excellent service. They have a reward program and seasonal favorites. Their service is quick (drive through only) and they have quite the selection but their baristas can craft just about anything. I also enjoy their breakfast burritos. This is a fantastic place to get your coffee!”

“A charming Cafe on the square in beautiful downtown Ozark. We stopped in for breakfast {our first time here} on Saturday morning, as my daughter-in-law highly recommended we eat here. The decor is darling, old school (French Cafe) with exposed brick walls, chic decorations and cute tables. All the food was outstanding. I had their Little Taste of Santa Fe (House Favorites). Warm corn tortillas layered with cheesy black beans, 2 eggs over medium, homemade salsa, and home fries. This was delicious and homemade with care!! Our group of six had French toast, omelettes, home fries, Nassau grits (cheese, sausage, bacon, ham, onions, garlic & mushrooms), homemade toast, biscuits, a chocolate cookie, hash browns, a chocolate muffin and a yogurt parfait. All the food was 5 star, homemade deliciousness in every bite. We'll be back soon for lunch. This is a must stop, 5 star Cafe. I highly recommend them!!”

The customers actually participate by raising their hands to get free hot rolls, which are thrown to you from across the room. As you eat servers walk by the tables with big bowls and offer up free black eyed peas, sorghum for your rolls, potatoes & onions, fried okra, etc. The waiting lines seemed blocks long, yet you're at a table in minutes! Hundreds of people. As we were leaving I noticed the music over the sound system, the customers were actually all singing along with the music! This is not a meal! No this is an event! Pricing was more than reasonable, and because it was my birthday I was given 9.00 dollars off! This was the most fun I've ever had for going out to eat! Wow!!! Don't miss this !!!!!!!”

The atmosphere is nice, very relaxed. My wife and I almost always share an entree and appetizer and the portions were more than sufficient for sharing. Between the three of us, we had an appetizer, two entrees, six beers and took a dessert to go, with tax and tip we were out the door for $70.”

“I went here with my mom sometimes in my early teens, when she babysat the first son of a Scottish man residing just a few blocks east of Missouri State University. And sometimes when we went for walks, we ended up going here. And I must admit, I LOVED it here! I LOVED going for our walks across the street from the university, especially when we went here! Even so, this is exactly why Missouri State is the four-year university I chose to attend. (Yes, I did end up going there after graduating from Ozarks Technical Community College.)”
