The sandwiches are well-made, chips are always fresh, but for some reason they can't seem to get "light ice" correct when you order a drink from them. Having a cup that is 3/4 full of ice when I'm halfway done eating my sandwich is rather annoying. I'm not sure if it is policy that they won't give Light Ice, or if they just screw it up? But this has happened several times”

“Initial visit Good solid counter service restaurant. Food: 4 ???? Service: 4 ???? Ambiance: nice clean restaurant. I liked that the manager came out to ask how people felt their meal was. When ordering I placed my order but was not asked if I wanted anything else. I felt like I needed to know exactly what I wanted. Usually places will prompt you asking if you want sides or dessert etc. There was a bunch of sauces on the side but I never found out what that was for. I ordered a burrito and my gf ordered a salad. It would have been nice to have had some things explained to us on how it worked. Service (when not from the manager) was cordial and Curt. My gf thought her salad was ok. Her look was a 3, her words seemed to imply a 4. My burrito was good. The meat was tasty but I would have liked if it had more cheese. When you are building it, they ask you what you want, but I wasn't sure if I could ask for more. The filing wasnt evenly balanced... so one side had all the rice, the other had all the meat. It's kind of typical of a build your own burrito where the filling is added next to each other. Protip: when I went to pay there was no tipping option when I did Visa. They just charge you what it is. They do have a cash tip jar. Note: unlike regular fast food joints they do clean up the tables after you.”

“This Rita shares a space with pieocracy which is why when we first walked by it, we did not know it was there. The signage wasn't very clear. The custard itself is 5 ????, but the service was more a 3-4 It's not an exceptionally comfortable place to sit. Imagine 80s food court. It's fine for a quick bite. I would go back again and hopefully their soft serve machine won't be broken. We had wanted vanilla but they could only do chocolate or swirl. The consistency is rich with an elasticity to it. It is located inside the gretna outlet mall”

“I'm on a low carb diet and did a quarter pounder with no bun, extra patty, and lettuce leaves. This is what I received. Honestly, it's not bad but it was very greasy. I think the buns soak up some of the grease or something. I think I'll try a grilled chicken without a bun or maybe buy it with the bun and just eat the bottom bun with no top bun. Still worth 4 stars! The restaurant and employees were very nice. I didn't buy a drink and I was told I could have free water whenever I wanted so that was cool. :)”

“Yesterday, my children and I stopped in to get slushees. While arriving I noticed my tire pressure was very low in one tire. I tried to get the cap off and no matter how hard I tried it wouldn’t come off. I went in and got the kids slushees. I don’t know if it was the loom I gave them or what, but when they asked if I needed anything else? I asked if they had anything to help get a cap off the air cap. Without hesitation the one man said to give him a minute and he would help me. The other guy paid for my kids slushees. They have no clue my current Situation, but it’s been rough and I’ve been alone during it all. This’ll do of service was the thing that made my day. Helped me finish my day with a smile for the first time in weeks. We went about 5:31 and this man were so kind. I ended up with air in my tires and two happy kids. Thank you for hiring amazing staff!!”
