“Steak was a little over seasoned and over cooked for ordering it rare. Service was on adequate, but adequate is the baseline of proper service so nothing too terrible there. Restaurant was too cold though. It is much brighter than the Decatur location but we were split as a family on which ambience we preferred. All around I can recommend this location but personally will be sticking with the Decatur location. Other than the steak everything was prepared perfectly.”

“Sorry, didn't take a photo. Server was amazing! Food was good. I had the shrimp fajitas and added an endless salad bar. I was too full to return to the salad bar for a second trip. But, the ingredients were fresh. My husband had a spicy shrimp and said it was good, but a little too spicy. Everything was enjoyable. We have been trying to not go out to eat so often. But, we liked it enough to return if the need to go out again arose.”

Having to ask at the counter to refill drinks does become annoying afterwards. Staff is always friendly though.”

“This place has some of the best street taco's, and you can't beat taco Tuesday where their taco's are only $1 each! The wait for food can take some time, but well worth it! There has been times I've gone here and spent about 45 min. give or take for the food to arrive. (Of course when it was busy) then other times super quick! I plan for the extended time, but like I said sometimes it's quick and the taco's are outstanding!”

“The service was great, greeted promptly upon arrival and was seated right away. I ordered the hash with country potatoes and toast. The coffee was nice and hot. I ordered a cup of New England clam chowder, I must admit it wasn't the creamy chowder I was expecting but it was still yummy. It was a slightly different variation, but still hit the spot. The place was clean, few diners and all seem pretty content. A good place to go for a nice quiet breakfast or lunch. Only opens till 3pm so get there early.”

“I can’t agree with the reviewer whose complaint his food was piping hot. His answer is it’s another reason to leave Vegas. Generally the secret to hot food is you actually let it rest a bit. I doubt it only applies in Vegas. They’ve remodeled this place. It’s clean. Soda machines are within reach. The two ladies in blue are outstanding. I would hire them for my business down the street. One asked us if we had drinks and gave us cups while we waited for food. The other continuously inquiries your status and help. Her demeanor and positive attitude with everyone and the kids are infectious. It’s a reason just to come.”

“Inside Wal-Mart 1807 W.Craig Rd. STORE #28778 ***THANK YOU GUY W/GLASSES! Hola! This morning I had the dreadful task as a homemaker to get an oil change. Since I had time I had a quick bite for breakfast at the inside Mc Donald's. The staff member who I did not get his name was so nice! He was tall, caucasian with shoulder length brown hair and dark eye glasses. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and o.j. I also asked for h20. He and another staff member let me know they had no water or salad. Which was a bummer. I needed some to water down my acidy o.j. I did not want to pay for a $3 bottle. Instead he gave me some. A nice gesture for me. I then sat down. In 10 seconds he brang me my food and asked me, if I would like, salt, jelly, or ketchup for my meal. I felt like I was in a foreign country!! I'm used to getting my number called and a wrong order. Instead he approached ME, with fast, warm, food, and asked what condiments he wanted to bring ME!! I was taken back by this awesome customer service!! Either he was raised right, from a different State, Country, or Mc Donald's is on top of the training game in customer service? I will never forget this kind of treatment, ever!! So I politely said thank you and ate my breakfast while my oil change was going on inside Wal-Mart. Thank You for the enjoyable morning!”

“There was only one other person in the store tonight when I went in so I wasn't surprised to be greeted right away. My order was also taken immediately but the young lady had a little difficulty inputting my coupon so I had to wait about 30 seconds for the manager to come verify she'd done it correctly. I got 2 of the new garlic bacon melts, a couple of french dips and a couple of jamocha shakes. I was thankful the manager decided not to make my shakes right away because, oddly, the french dips seem to take much longer than they should have. I don't know why, either... judging from the way they tasted when I got them home, they certainly hadn't been made fresh! It's unfortunate that my trip was marred by that because everything else was exemplary. This new manager bent over backwards to serve all my needs to the absolute best of her ability and I have no doubt that had she had a hand in making my sandwiches, they would have been fresh and perfect. I expect the changes to management will result in a much more welcoming and enjoyable experience for all Arby's patrons who may not have been able to achieved that with prior management. The store was spotless as it has been every time I've gone.”

“I guess this chain is pretty popular. For the location that I specifically went to, the bacon was a bit too crispy I my breakfast burrito and the potatoes were a little too hard. My wife loved the tostadas and my kids loved the cheese quesadilla which came with two sides. Overall, it is a pretty good experience for a reasonable price. The portions are solid. This location had a high chair available for our youngest child.”
