“I used to frequent the Subway inside the Palace Station. Since the new renovations, it is no longer inside Palace Station. Luckily for me, there is another Subway location that's also walking distance from my home. My usual go to sandwiches are the sweet onion chicken teriyaki, meatball, and the spicy Italian. The place inside was very clean and the two employees were very welcoming. I definitely will be back.”

“An office favorite for lunch! Frequently use the website to place orders as pick up. Site is very user friendly, allows you to customize your order and we’ve never had any mistakes. My first experience coming into the restaurant, I used the self serve kiosk to place my order-very similar to the website-easy to navigate. Staff was friendly, dining area was clean and order was finished in a timely manner. Food is very consistent, never experienced any issues.”

“I tried this out for my first time today and I am going to be a loyal customer from here on out. I do low carb and they provide a cauliflower crust pizza..AND IT WAS DELICIOUS. The wings are to die for and are cooked to perfection. The best part was the delivery, yes, it may take some time, but the customer service was GREAT. The driver had on an amazing cat shirt and also had the best attitude of a delivery person that I have ever met. Props to your team for providing a little laugh for the day.”

Regardless of your diet choices there are plenty of options, Vegan Vegetarian and Meat Eatters all have at least 3 by the slice options. Gluten Free pizza isn't readily available by the slice, but they can cook up a whole one very quickly. I've tried virtually every offering they have and even the stranger sounding pies are great. “I was taking my sister to the dentist and its lunch time I get it. We were the first ones in and Melody was amazing. She helped us as her co-worker went on break and grabbed all the tips in the tip jar, walking out of the store and which baffles me because he was literally on camera. some small things happened like not having lettuce and the line built to where it was ok only her and to have 4 people behind us and she still had to finish our sandwiches and pay us out. All the while theres what I assume their district manager or someone of higher management sitting in their lobby watching this go down and typing on his computer. It frustes me when someone that has to manage that many people by herself as shes an older woman that cant get around too well and turn around to see someone in management not jumping onboarding to help their associates. To me and my ethics this is wrong. Thank you so much Melody for the excellent customer service .”

“Lovely beautiful theater. Took my 5 year old and 7 year old to see dolittle. The seating, picture and sound of the video was amazing. The customer service was superb. Very knowledgeable of ingredients in food and aware individuals have allergies. So they weren't passive aggressive about it like other theaters. The bathrooms were very clean as well. I hands down recommended this theater over others in the Reno area.”

“After my experience today I wish them nothing but success! Excellent customer service and delicious pizza. They accidentally burnt mine and my coworkers pizzas. They offered to remake it for me but there would be a wait time. I said that was fine and didn’t mind at all. She really went above and beyond even though I was not upset. I have worked at a pizza place before and was completely understanding. It may be an inconvenience to wait but their pizza really made it worth it. The cheesecake looks delicious and worth the $5. I was surprised it honestly was that price for a big slice. Not only did they remake mine and my coworkers pizza she discounted the already great priced pizza. Gave us the cheesecakes we ordered for free. My coworkers and I all agree we will definitely be back. We plan on spending our lunches here from now on. I will recommend this place to everyone.”

“We were stopping through Boulder City on our way to Arizona and ordered a pizza one night (December 27, 2019). We were staying at a nearby hotel. When we ordered a gluten free pizza for my son, the manager took care to clean the surrounding area of residue from non gluten free pizza, and made sure that the other employee used only clean utensils for the prep of the pizza. We really appreciate that he took the time to ask if our order choice was for preference or for health reasons (it is for health reasons). It is so nice to come across people who are caring about that sort of thing (most people aren't). We will definitely order from there again; we are grateful for the level of service provided at this location. And the pizza was really good, too!”
