“We were a tad nervous to come here, based on online reviews — but we saw lots of people inside so thought we’d give it a shot! Super lovely welcome at the front as we walked in, and we were seated straight away (5.45pm on a Saturday night). We ordered drinks and food shortly thereafter and my friend said her Guinness was one of the best she’s ever had! Food was served quickly — it was hot and looked delicious! Unfortunately, the fries were a bit watery and definitely not “crispy”, but it was a large portion! — my chicken sandwich was full of super fresh ingredients. Our server, Makayla, was lovely and offered to split the check before we even asked.”

“I’ve been looking forward to trying Patty Shack. I dine out a lot & I know good food. I have to say that I am extremely disappointed. We order 3 cheeseburgers, 2 with bacon & a cheese fries & garlic fries. One of the burgers was slightly under cooked. The burgers with bacon only had one piece of bacon & one pickle. The fries were lacking. I was not really impressed with the food. The place does have a fun atmosphere and the guys that took our order & checked us out were really nice.”

“I got it! Was waiting to snag first review here! I am really excited about this place being in town. It’s a little unassuming because it’s behind gas pumps, but the remodel is clean and modern nautical themed, right next to the four wheeler trail, and if you are looking to round off a date night - Sweet Treats is right next door with outdoor picnic tables. It’s also the only bar in Lisbon. The atmosphere is great, small families, couples, easy going bar folks, and the service is prompt and friendly. The food is good, not scratch kitchen stellar, but for seafood/pub fair it has some interesting options and a focus on pickles and dill. For example, Jay’s Original Totes is an interesting choice with pickles, pickled jalapeños, and crushed Fritos. The portions are fair to large, and they always have specials on the board to try. Last night I tried the seafood ravioli, which was great and had a seafood filled Alfredo sauce on top. (This should probably be a staple menu item - just so there’s something for people who aren’t into burgers and fried seafood). I saw chicken and waffles on the board too. I’d love to see this place branch out more as they get established! The only thing we’ve tried so far that wasn’t a fav was the macaroni, which had no flavor unfortunately. Missed opportunity for break crumbs or buttery ritz cracker topping and some good cheddar or even a lobster mac dinner option considering the region? Aside from the Mac side, all that for the small town of Lisbon makes this an easy 5 stars.”

As “newfound rookies” we had a nice chat with the owner who was incredibly kind and helpful and gave us some recommendations for fun local activities that we’re definitely going to check out! Atmosphere was lovely as well and as a bonus it was an incredibly short drive from where we’re staying for the week. Highly recommend!”

“Found the place almost by accident. It's just enough off the main road that you wouldn't see it unless you were looking for it. So worth finding it! The food was remarkable, the service superb and just a super friendly atmosphere. The owner was very nice and helpful. I posted a picture of my dish which was amazing and wish that I could remember the name of it but that page appears to be missing on the menu pages listed here. It was Smokey something and I chose to get it with shrimp. Prices are very very reasonable. Looking forward to my next visit!”

I have visited Spain a few times and love it very much, and dining at Duende made me feel like I was back in Granada without having to take a flight. I love how the menu shows which region of Spain each dish is from. We have eaten here twice and so far everything has been delicious! Have gone twice to eat breakfast and then lunch! More then satisfied! Kyle will accommodate you in your order! Drinks are dirt cheap...I had a Mimosa which I believe only cost $7.00! I brought 3 guest on our two visits and they felt the same way. All I could do to finish my bowl! Come as you are!!”
