“New, inexperienced staff. Popeyes recently opened a restaurant in Jersey on Memorial Pkwy. The new location is pretty busy. Thankfully, you can order ahead of time and pick it up in store. The menu is mostly comprised of chicken sandwiches, tenders, etc. I like their recipe, and they have excellent macaroni and cheese. The staff is friendly however they seem to be a bit inexperienced. With that being said, make sure you check your order. They have an issue with order fulfillment. I noticed a customer return to the store because she was missing an item. I got my order and had to remind the cashier to give me my drink cups. I left and when I got home. I also noticed my order was missing a chicken sandwich!”

“Stopped here to grab a quick bite for lunch when in Belvidere, and this place did not disappoint. My wife and I had the BLT with coleslaw and pickles. I must say that Coleslaw was so good, and the BLT and pickles were fresh. It's a small, cute place to stop and grab a bite. They do offer take out, so call place and order and pick it up to enjoy at home. Everyone here was friendly, and the service was good. I love the fact that you can watch as they cook your food. Always a plus.”

“Outstanding food! We had dinner at the bar twice, both times the food was excellent. Had the beef shish kabob, lamb chops, grilled octopus and cheese burger- around with the potato rolls, cheese rolls, and roasted eggplant. All great. I really enjoy the salad that comes with the meals. We were happy to see they updated their cocktail menu since the opening. The Old Fashioned was good too. Looking forward to our next visit.”

“Food is delicious I am very happy and excited to have another great Mexican food restaurant that hold true to the dishes. As soon as we arrived we wheee greeted by the young lady at the counter. We took an outside table to enjoy the weather. We where given complementary ships and salsa was so delicious 🤤. I got the chuleta en salsa verde and my brother had the mole enchiladas to drink we had an agua de Jamaica. I loved the service and loved the food I’m going to become a regular. “I actually help out and work at the counter at Pizza University. I’ve seen some reviews that almost seem like they are trying to sabotage the owners or the management. While everyone has a right to their opinion, I just thought there was some inconsistencies in these recent posts. “Zachary” for example uploaded an image of pizza (maybe ours or not) but I happened to notice another pizza box in the background. The box in the back of the picture was white and cardboard. I found this interesting as we just started to use white wax boxes and never used white cardboard. While they have some minuscule differences, it’s enough to differentiate. And for “Augustus”, he claims to go to “Rowen” which is comical considering his lack of spell check. He goes as far to say it’s “pizza dropout” yet can’t even correctly spell the university he claims to go to. While I’m not saying these people are true or not, just seems odd and there’s no intent to help and improve a business just to spread negativity.”

“I didn't get the name of the guy making the sandwiches, I think he might've been a manager/trainer, but dude's customer service was on point! It was my first time checking this place out, was kinda overwhelmed with all of the choices (who knew you could have so many different hoagies), and he helped me out figuring out what I wanted. Told him I didn't know what I wanted so he made me a pretty great old fashioned meatball hoagie with red pepper on the side, which was delicious. Caring, detail oriented service with a good product- what more could you want? Edit: Went back and it was the same guy. it was Ross. Ross is a bro”

“When visiting family in NJ, we tried Vicki’s on a quick date night. We arrived around 8 & had a great experience. As we ordered, we asked several questions about the different food items & the server (who we found out was Vicki’s mom) answered all of our questions. Given that we have different spice levels (I have a very low pin tolerance for spicy but love the flavors!), she even suggested items we might enjoy. We ordered a chicken burrito, a chicken quesadilla, chicken enchiladas, & a side of guacamole & chips. We also tried several desserts: flan, rice pudding, & tres leches cake. Our food was delivered in a reasonable time & everything was delicious! The atmosphere was cozy & clean too. My only constructive feedback for the future: perhaps some pictures with the menu (everything was typed on paper) because we didn’t have much context of what we were getting. Otherwise, a very enjoyable experience!”

“Just opened in March 1st, so my general rule is not to try a restaurant until the kinks have been worked out. It's a great casual lunch or dinner place. The food was good! It's byob, so that helps with the bill. Food was reasonably priced and what we had was good. Server tried, she was clearly inexperienced, but none the less, she did a good job. Hey, you have to start some where! Hats off to the chef who helped out in the front of the house, when he was not busy. Nice outdoor seating, when the weather warms up!”

“This place was fantastic! Excellent Middle Eastern food. All the appetizers are delicious. I had the maqluba and it was delicious, not to mention enough for two meals. Our waitress was Mikaela. We had a big table, 11 people for a birthday dinner, and people kept her running. She was incredible. Everyone got everything they ordered, waters refilled, to go boxes, anything we asked. Wish I lived closer. Will definitely be back.”

“It's nice to have a local authentic Mexican restaurant close by. I ordered dinner and spent a little under $100 dollars. I tried to get different items to see how good this place was. Besides the burrito having a bit too much beans, everything was good. There is one item that stood out. 10/10 THEIR CARNITAS TACOS. If you get a chance to try their carnitas tacos, you won't regret it. They were so good I ordered them again and oh boy, they do not disappoint. They are very generous with the meat, and their salsas are awesome.”
