You can put your name down on the list and walk around the rail yard district while you wait. Lots of choices all at reasonable prices. We had tons of food and 2 strong margaritas each for less than $100. Service was also very good despite the madness inside. I can see why this place is so popular with locals and tourists alike.”

“We stopped at Chili's 30-45 min wait, next door was olive garden 45-1hr min wait. Firehouse was on the end and thought to give it a try. Never eaten here, but as soon as we walked in we were greeted. Told them it was our first time and they ran us thru it. Very friendly staff... Very informative about the menu. “I had lunch today with my sister since I had read such great reviews in neighborhood chats. This newly opened place needs to go on your “must visit “ list! It was truly a Souper Star for lunch. I had the Hungarian Mushroom soup and sis had the potato garlic soup. We shared a shrimp pita and the shrimp were large, fresh, and not rubbery at all. The pita was warm, soft and tasty; the best I’ve ever had!”

“I got the Pad Kee Mow (drunken noodle) with tofu with a medium heat level. It was delicious. The spice was just enough to get my nose running. The taste and the smell of the food were amazing. My tofu was crispy and packed full of flavor. I will definitely eat here again. I got there as soon as it opened at 12 pm and it took about 15-20 minutes. A lady took my order and I believe she was also the cook. There was a man who brought out the food. I think they were the only two working so if you’re in a hurry, order ahead.”

“Phenomenal place!! Definitely a popular spot in Santa Fe, there was a little bit of a wait. The place felt alive with energy, the chef was walking around and talking to the tables, which always solidifies the feeling of community and care. Crab cakes and fermented drink were amazing to start, tried the beef kebabs and the combo platter with the chicken, lamb and goat curries, and ended with the coconut cardamom flan. One of the best meals I've had!! If you're in town, make sure it's something you hit. Everything was full of flavor.”

“I was just driving through Santa Fe and looking for a spot to stop and have a bite of lunch. I saw Baja tacos and decided to give it a try. I'm glad that I stopped. It was very good, and the atmosphere was nice. It felt like a mom and pop shop, which I like. Not everybody does, but if you want a small restaurant with a family feel, this one certainly fits the bill. I tried fish tacos beef tacos chicken tacos and shrimp tacos. They were delicious. Take a look at the photos. I thought it was priced fairly for what we received. It wasn't outrageous, and it wasn't cheap. And the food was just what I wanted. No complaints on price or quality. If you're looking for a mom and pop type Taqueria, this could be the place. Give it a try.”

“over the past week or so my husband and I have gone to at least four different taco truck and Tacos y Burritos La Fe (which is on Facebook as Lonchera La Fe) is the best so far. When we started eating my husband asked me what I thought and I said that it was the best of the carnitas tacos we've had so far (we get the carnitas everywhere, and the other flavors change according to the day). At the end of our meal I asked him what he thought and he said the barbacoa tacos were his favorite of all the tacos we've had on our trip. That pretty much sums it up. The owner was friendly, and the food was prepared fresh to order. As an added bonus, in warm weather there are picnic tables. They're easy to miss, so look for the sign!”

“I wasn't sure what to expect as I've never been to a Rudy's restaurant. I really enjoyed it. The meats have a great smoked flavor and the BBQ sauces are just right. You can taste anything you like to help decide what to order. Tons of parking all around the standalone restaurant. They were out of pulled pork. Brisket was good. The turkey was amazing. The potato salad was pretty good. All of the cold sides are enough for two people. Recommend.”
