“I love going to this location. I do not know their names sadly but there is a man and woman duo in the morning when I come in and they are fantastic. Sociable, polite, makes good conversation, amazing customer service. They have regulars that come in and they remember their orders. They are just wonderful. And funny as all get out. And its right near work so it makes it easy to make a quick pit stop before I head to work.”

“We went to this Subway in Albany NY for the 1st time today. There was a young man working there, his name was Darnell. If he's not already, he should be a new location start- employee/management. This guy was pretty impressive, he single handedly waited on 3 of us at the same time, he never asked twice what you already ordered, even greeted me and everyone else when they walked in the door. If I was opening a retail store, this guy would be #1 on my list, I would actually try to steal him for my own business, Excellent customer service TY Darnell....PS.. Also, he was by himself, and the door was swinging..”

“It's a small pizzeria. Don't let the size fool you though. The pizzas are very good. They are pretty affordable. There is ample of parking and it usually takes about 10 mins to prep one pizza. I would recommend it for a quick meal.”

“Okay. Wow. I am here because my four year old is having surgery. I am a mess I can't even tell up from down. I was welcomed with patience and kindness but Rachel I believe to maybe be a manager? Came over talked to me encouraged me, brought me a pastry and asked what Judah wanted for after his surgery and then proceeded to bring it over to me so he had yummy food when He was done. “Hit or miss at this one. Food is usually great however if you want avocados on your food go early cause they seem to sell out of them often. Their Tea is amazing!! Cold and hot options. Fast service that's if they don't drop your plate and have to make it again. However they do compensate you with watever you want at the bakery. So that was cool. Their salads are amazing and their mac and cheese is to die for! Everything seems to come with a baguette or chips. The baguette is like heaven.”

“Very modest looking place. It goes by the title of a pizzeria but as far as I can tell it's much more known for their fried chicken, and for good reason. It's also a convenient store. The chicken is always good. Whether it's bone-in, boneless or a chicken sandwich. As far as the pizza, i've never had it and that's saying a lot because I LOVE.......LOVE pizza. The only reason I haven't tried it is because when I see the pizza they have for serving slices it's off to the side with the candy bars, etc. looking dry and just plain unappetizing. There always seems to be just the 1 guy there everyday working the counter and cooking. He's very polite and friendly to be so overworked. So make sure you tip him for the effort. Note to owner (more like a suggestion): Maybe make your pizza fresh to order and disregard the slice sales. You may be doing more damage than good. I love pizza but because of the state of your slices when I go there I wouldn't even consider buying a fresh pizza from Luke's. You wouldn't have all the pizza waste and could even afford to decrease the pizza prices. I could be totally off base and you could be making money off pizza slices hand over fist. In that case, carry on.”

I usually get take out though, and I just wish they had a more straightforward pickup process (like, ideally a kind of off to the side or maybe near the back door little area that has a sign that says "pickup" or "takeout" so that I don't just end up standing around the end of the bar until someone notices me feeling like I'm getting stared at by everyone who is eating in...haha). But that's the only reason I don't give it a 5 star.”
