“My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here a few weeks ago! Cozy atmosphere, warm hospitality, and excellent food at Trotwood! Loved all the details and little touches throughout, like the games in the sunroom, all the plants and cozy couches and fireplaces. Room was simple and comfortable. Wandering along the trails on the property and seeing waterfalls was a peaceful and serene way to connect with nature. In a great location as easy to get to Windham and Hunter. Everyone working there was kind and accommodating. Next time we have to check out the sauna in the woods or come back in the summer to use hang by the pool with some music!”

“It was my first time there after I had heard great things and that they had food now. Three of us went everything was great and the staff was friendly. Lots of options so the sampler was nice and it was cool to see the equipment on site. Food was all very good as well, not the biggest menu but everything on it sounded very good. I'll be going back for sure and probably getting take out from them in the future too as they are very close by.”

“Semi small location but very easy to see. Staff is pretty friendly, food gets to you very quick. The nice thing is this location has the displays to order your food if the lines are too long (which they do get pretty long). Overall, my partner and I were satisfied. In and out in about 10 minutes.”

“The moment I walked in the owner greeted me and my friend warmly. Breakfast had just finished but they made an exception for us which was great. We talked with the owner Erin and exchanged stories about where we grew up. I would definitely drive over 2 hours to go back there because the hospitality was amazing. Even as the other patrons came in they greeted us with warm smiles. They could tell we were from out of town but they still we're welcoming.”

“Frank's pizza went above and beyond. First me and my friends placed a large order to be delivered. The food arrived on time and hot even though we were staying about 20 minutes away. “Great staff ,Went into Dalton's the other night and had some great service, this lady named Vicki she was in training and anytime she needed help one of the other staff always seemed to help with a smile .I love how they treated each other like family, and they treat you like family. I was having a bad day (was little suicidal) and by the time I left Vicki had me smiling she treated me like I mattered and she told me she's here if I ever need her so thank you Vicki. Now on to that AMAZING food. Its always fresh and taste amazing. Comes to you quick. I highly recommend slaters smart shop to everyone and anyone. 5 starts”
