“My partner and I had an amazing Catskills getaway with our pup. The three owners have brought their backgrounds in hospitality to the (almost) top of Hunter Mountain, giving guests a very well thought out experience. The hotel features an original 70s pool, a cocktail bar with a great menu, food, pool (the game), and a wrap-around porch to sip a cocktail and watch the stars begin to appear. Great hiking is close by and only minutes from Kaaterskill Falls. If you're looking for an amazing place to stay during the summer, ski season or off season, look no further!”

“Placed an order today 4-28-21............ even being visibly busy the order didn’t take long to be made. I got an Indian head and pine grove. The Pine Grove is amazing. Turkey lettuce tomato bacon (turkey club) with avocado and home made pesto Mayo 😁💯🥰 it pairs really good together. As far as the Indian Head I’ll have to try that next time it was my son’s sandwich and was gone quickly so I know it has to be good. The entrance from 9W is a bit rough with the bumps and potholes, only negative I noticed, but I think that's the upkeep of 9W, more than the location's issue. Definitely will be going back again.”

“Stayed for a weekend girls trip last month and had the most amazing time! The rooms are not only clean - they have the best snacks, comfortable beds and overall amazing room layouts. I even asked for extra towels and Dawn, the housekeeper, delivered them promptly. Now onto the food! The restaurant itself has a great ambiance. Beautifully lit and delicious food. Our server was Missy, and even though it was pack and busy, she made sure to constantly stop by our table. Cannot wait to visit again this summer.”

“My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here a few weeks ago! Cozy atmosphere, warm hospitality, and excellent food at Trotwood! Loved all the details and little touches throughout, like the games in the sunroom, all the plants and cozy couches and fireplaces. Room was simple and comfortable. Wandering along the trails on the property and seeing waterfalls was a peaceful and serene way to connect with nature. In a great location as easy to get to Windham and Hunter. Everyone working there was kind and accommodating. Next time we have to check out the sauna in the woods or come back in the summer to use hang by the pool with some music!”

“Incredible place to stay or if not stay, please eat here! We were able to enjoy some of the best pasta I've ever had for dinner, an insanely good pop-up menu another night, and a wildly good breakfast. The quality of ingredients is *chefs kiss*. Also, amazing cocktails, natural wine and great beer. Shout out to Greg working behind the bar! As for the stay, we stayed in one of the smaller queen sized rooms without a view and wasn't lacking in any way. They have a cozy little gas fireplace, windows that open, and a fold out table! The staff were all amazing, personable, and kind. Also, can't beat the location if you're doing anything on Hunter Mountain. Would love to come back in the summer and take advantage of the pool!”
