I bought a salad during the romaine recall not thinking about it since it was on the shelf. The employees seemed clueless and I wasn't able to get refunded for food according to the manager. “I don’t typically write reviews, but I am always so impressed with the staff here whenever we visit. We come here for coffee weekly and always get an order of munchkins for our toddlers to split. They remember our kids’ favorite flavors without us needing to ask and always make sure the split is even. And of course the coffee and the customer service is always excellent! The cold drinks are particularly good, offering mixes of super-fruit juices. “I go here pretty regularly and don't usually have issues. As far as the food quality goes, it's great. My favorite place for breakfast. It was a little weird that the girl at the counter insisted on customers having the cream cheese on the side in a small container, because the bagel was apparently too hot. Today, my bagel and cream cheese took almost ten minutes. One of the employees was really helpful and apologetic and got me on my way, which was nice.”
