“I have been a few times.. Breakfast is pretty good, but can only give 3 stars.. Its a little expensive for lazily made wraps and sandwiches.. They must get a good deal on lettuce because they add way more then needs to be include in everything.. I bought a Caesar Wrap today.. I got a wrap with chicken and lettuce today.. Overcooked, dry, unseasoned chicken with lettuce.. Tiniest bit of dressing.. If it wasn't cold and 4 blocks away I would have came for a refund.. ***Edit for response to owner*** I have been a few times.. I stated the breakfast was good; however the rest of my review is sadly accurate.. Its not a distaste for lettuce, it's just a poorly made wrap... I have adjusted my review to 3 stars as your breakfast is pretty good and your customer service is as well... I apologize for the initial one star.. My frustrations at the lack of options downtown boiled over to your place yesterday.. Thanks for the response..”

“I come here a few times a week. The food is always good, well seasoned and authentic. It is a family owned restaurant, so it's nice they all carry the same performance when serving their customers. Friendly staff. I would recommend the oxtails, the goat, or the curried Chicken. Ive tried them all on different times visiting. I also had the jerk Chicken. Everything's good. The cabbage, the rice n peas, the soups as well. She's been in that location for years as well. Business doing good. Traffic inside not bad when you're getting your food. Try it for yourself. I just love the food very much.”

“2/26/21 Went here for the first time last night and me and my friend agreed the food was phenomenal. Drinks were good, we both had long islands, got bruschetta, beer battered chicken, crispy chicken sandwich, fries, onion rings. Everything was great, loved the old punk rock songs that were playing. Waitress was friendly. Prices are fair. Will definitely be back.”

“Add this place as another top option to get a Plate in Rochester. And being a combo ice cream shop makes this Hots a bit different from others on the east side. The plate I chose was a cheeseburger / chicken finger duet. The burger was good but the fingers were fantastic as they were both tender and crispy. Their mac salad has great flavor on its own which is always a good sign for plates. But what was really enjoyable was the fact that when I requested my home fries to be well done they actually came out crispy and not soggy. Another added surprise was that their meat sauce had some heat to it which is not common but very much welcome. Definitely worth a return trip some time! Also, keep an eye out for their discount Plate nights, half price milkshake times, and featured Costanza Sausages.”
