“The first time I went last year, I was not very convinced that this place would make my list. I always try more than once and this time around JWF had me fully won over. The service was friendly, but not obnoxious. I hate it when I constantly have to confirm questions like 'how's the food?' or 'is everything alright?'. The food was great! I had the hanger steak and the scotch eggs. Both very tasty, cooked to the point and seemed very fresh incl. all sides. I enjoyed this lunch very much and can only recommend this place. The, have two larger rooms in the back and a courtyard, so do look inside before making the choice to sit on the sidewalk space they have. It is really charming in the back. Looking forward to my next visit.”

“I ordered food from Green Bean Cafe for the first time about two months ago, and I've been addicted ever since. I probably get lunch from Green Bean 2-3 times a week now — and I'm not even a vegetarian (though my vegan uncle also loves it now)! I'm a particular fan of their cheddar burger and blueberry muffin. While I usually get their food delivered, I have enjoyed sitting in the cafe on occasion, especially since it has strong wifi for customers to use.”

“Ordered a bunch of wings on Super Bowl Sunday, they came out fresh, crispy, and delicious. Prices were also great as far as nyc goes. The chicken was soft and came right off the bone and the sauces I tried (Garlic, Bomb, and Buffalo) were amazing. The spicier ones were my favorite, but I always prefer spicy food. Nice selection of drinks to go too, from beer and white claw to mango lassi.”
