“Good food but the prices are a little high for my liking. Cool staff but the place feels real.. gentrified. Either way, good eats. 😎”

“I was here on March 4, 2022. The service was soooo great! The food did not add up. I had steak, fries and a crab cake . The steak was overcooked no favor the fries were hard as rock. The crab taste plain. I wish I could give the owner some advice. Don't go if you want to eat good food.”

“This location is closest to my office. I was here particularly early this morning and Brie helped me out. She warmed up my whole morning with her kindness! She’s an exemplary team member for this location and I’m glad our paths crossed.”

“Seems that most of the negative reviews are from people who couldn't get in. I rocked up, spoke to the guy and no issues. Great service. Amazing atmosphere. Don't complain if you can't get in. Probably a reason why.”

“I honestly had one of the best meals I've ever had! If you are deciding whether to go here or not, definitely go! The atmosphere was classy, but comfortable and just overall lovely. And the food was amazing! I had the prosciutto pasta, and they made it in a cheese wheel right at my table. It was quite an experience! Also, the Bolognese is absolutely amazing! So, nice people, nice atmosphere, and delicious food. I would definitely recommend.”

“Great food, great people! Anthony was our waiter, and he made our last night in New York!!! We had the 3 meatballs as an appetizer, and it came out quick and was a great start to the meal. We sat out on the patio which was the warmest we had experienced on our trip this winter. The Pizza crust was the most ultimate thin crust conveyance of pizza toppings. If you are looking for a great food experience in NYC you won't go wrong here.”

“Happened to walk by this place tonight and looked cute and quaint so we stopped in. Ordered drinks and a bunch of appetizers. It was DELICIOUS!! Our server was a sweet girl named Eleni. She was attentive, knowledgeable and very friendly. The food was outstanding but it was her service that would make us come back! Spot on Greek food. Be sure to check it out if you're in the area. The octopus is a must have!!!”

“We came here for restaurant week and got what was on the menu for that and it didn't disappoint. Although it was definitely less than we thought it was going to be, it was a good tasting for an introduction to the restaurant. We ended up also getting the thick cut tenderloin which was very delicious and well prepared in front of us by the waiter. It seems like this place specializes in wagyu so that's what we'll get next time we come back. Overall a really good experience.”

“I wish this was in our area. It's like Chipotle, but Mediterranean. Food quality was good. I wish they had more topping options though. Fountain drinks r yummy too. I would eat here again.”

“Really amazing restaurant especially if you love ceviche like me. Lot of review talk about price but for the quality of seafood you get, the location and the overall satisfaction, it was a fair price for us. They also handmade the chip and tortillas which made all the difference. Will definitely come back”

“Slate New York is a fashionable adult playroom with food and beverages. They have a cloakroom and additional areas to accommodate special engagements as well as live entertainment. We were at this facility for a private event. Nevertheless, all staff were cordial and friendly. The atmosphere was just stunning with all types of fun and games in the downstairs area. We were absolutely enamored by the décor and illumination.”

“Despite being a Japanese place, it has a casual diner feel. Everything is served in takeout containers, but don't be fooled! The food is very good. The service is also great - they are considerate and attentive. Don't expect a traditional atmosphere of Japanese decorations and what not and just focus on the taste. The prices are also very reasonable! Order first and then sit down. No public restrooms.”

“Eating at Noda was such a special experience all around. The ambiance, the service, and especially the food were exceptional on every level. This was a birthday dinner for me, but in the last minutes before our reservation (I was actually already at the restaurant) my husband got in a minor bicycle accident (but still scratched up and had to go to urgent care) and without hesitation they offered to rebook our reservation and were super worried for him as well. So we ended up back here a few weeks later and we thoroughly enjoyed the thoughtfulness of the team. The meal is 22 pieces (plus a dessert truffle) of the most delicious bites. I started getting full around the 14th or 15th piece and he was nice enough to give me the remaining pieces with less rice. The chef is very pleasant and watching him is also a treat in itself. Our server was knowledgeable on all aspects of our meal and not overbearing/snobby like certain other high-end omakase restaurants. This meal will cost you a pretty penny, especially with drinks, but you don't leave feeling like you didn't get your moneys worth.”

“Pros; Great tasting food, excellent customer service from waiters and staff, clean place! Definitely recommend as a place to have a nice conversation and dine with friends. Cons; 'Small' portions with 'steep' prices, for both food and wine. For the price I paid for the crunchy salmon rolls and crispy shrimp dish, and glass of wine... I did not leave with a full belly... I was still hungry 😭”

“Great spot. So glad I found it. Didn't hassle me about having my papers like all the nyc restaurants do these days. Great diner food prepared quickly. Exceptional prices for lower Manhattan”

“Good food. Not an authentic mexican taste but they have their own versions of mexican cuisine. Do try the quesadilla, really good. They serve the plant based protein from Impossible. Staff is very humble and patient.”

“This restaurant was beautiful, the staff was attentive and the drinks were good. However, the food was OK - I don't think I liked it enough to want to come back. It was quite bland for my taste. If you prefer something on the less spicy side, this could be a perfect date night restaurant for you. The portions are huge and definitely can be shared amongst people.”

“I came in to get lunch and this place is amazing! The portions are really good, they offer a healthy mix of salads and protein, with noodles and it’s filling too! So if you’re in Chelsea and want something both healthy, tasty and filling, go here!”

“Best pizza in New York!! The owner Frank is a gem of a person and we had an amazing happy hour here. I recommend this place to everyone! 10/5 stars. Great experience.”

“The waitress was excellent; she made the experience better as the food wasn't as good. The shrimps and the clams were super salty and completely drenched in oil. The pan and tomato was exactly that mashed tomato on toasted bread lacking flavor no salt, no garlic, no spices what so ever. The sangria was okay; the pitcher literally has one piece of fruit. The best part was the crispy potato, which had a nice crunchiness and a kick to it. We had the meatballs I just couldnt eat more than 1. The Spanish flavor just weren't there for me. I was very disappointed. Three stars because the waitress service was really good. Food was 2 stars if that.”
