“This is a great location with a drive-thru that is located in close proximity to the airport (less than 5 minutes away). Quick and efficient service is always there, and I've never had a bad experience at this location. “Today at 2:30 pm I went through the drive through and ordered an iced coffee. There were 2 cars in front of me. My 12 year old son was holding pizza we were taking home for lunch. It took well over 12 minutes to receive my order.... i found that in-acceptable and no apologies were offered either. I had 3 young kids in the car that were becoming increasingly inpatient.... I don’t know if I will visit this location again even though it’s closeest to my house!!!! I feel I should have been offered either a free drink or more for that since I received no apologies or sympathetic words!!!!”

Very homey and soothing....and they give to a multitude of charities from building schools and churches to assisting the less fortunate. The employees welcomed us and made us feel at home. “Panera is a great place to get quality food consistently at any Panera. What this Panera brings to the table is the location. It is in the 2nd largest mall in the United States. There is always free parking. You can always walk off the meal in the mall. The people watching is great. It is located at the old main entrance by the carousel. The food court of the mall is on a different level.”

“They were super busy but were definitely able to quickly take each customers order including the drive-tru and expedite it wish ninja like speed! It was super clean and well lit inside which allowed you to enjoy it's well maintained interior. The crew was very friendly and eager to take your order. The manager was elbow deep into helping her crew handle the work flow which made me understand why their crew were smiling and enjoying getting customers started on the day.”

“I received excellent service today at the Erie Blvd location. Two young women, Ra and Shy, were very polite and professional. I have 2 young children and work a lot of overtime so I visit this location frequently. Ra and Shy made sure my kid's happy meal was completely put together with the milk in the box and it folded shut. There's nothing I hate more then when someone hands me 2 chocolate milks through the window awkwardly and almost dropping it. Keep up the great work Ladies!!!”
