“American food and the scene here is better than most. Super appetizing. Prices were appropriate. Kinda of like a cafe in Phoenix that I enjoyed.”

“We went there for brunch and were not disappointed. From the amazing place to the great food, we had a blast. Good mimosas, we all loved our food, our waiter was nice and we felt like we were back in Santa Barbara for a minute. A restaurant in an old church? Amazing. And it gets better when you walk in. Don’t hesitate.”

“Great food! It's nice to have a place that does non-sushi Japanese food, and they do it well. I've tried the katsudon and that was a very tasty all-in-one sort of dish, and their combo is a great value that gives you a lot of options for variety.”

“Have known the original store for years and had no idea they opened this new restaurant. Charcuterie board for an appetizer was amazing. Four people split it and we couldn't finish it. Steaks were perfect and the burgers are on point. Great atmosphere, great beer selection and great service. Definitely recommend!”

“The soups and salads here are excellent. Fresh every day, the ladies do a great job and the lines always move fast. I'm glad that this is right next door to where I work as I love soup in the winter. I'm sure I'll be getting take out here often.”

“I have been walking by this place for months and finally came in for lunch. The food is delicious! We shared a cob salad and pizza from their oven. Top notch, the place was packed for lunch too. Service was fast as well as we had to get back to work. The inside of the restaurant is very nice, cool bar area as well. Will be going back very soon. There is also outdoor seating if your interested.”

“Just moved in across the street. Extremely friendly staff, very helpful, they make you feel at home. Their cheese pizza is good, nothing spectacular. Sauce and cheese are solid, crust is a little too thick for a NY slice. Good calzones.”

“It is LOUD in here. Expect a kind of dining-hall atmosphere. It is not easy to have a conversation. The food is good - nothing amazing but definitely good. The decor is attractive; brick-and-plaster walls with wood tables and chairs. There are a lot of brunch-type alcoholic drink choices that I didn't try. What I saw going to other tables looked lovely though. Overall I probably wouldn't go back here again just because of the noise. If you snag one of the four or so tables outside, it's not a problem. Photo is of the duck hash special they had today.”

“This is probably my favorite fast eating place in all Syracuse, and I've been here a good 7 or so times since Feb. The young woman behind the counter is sweet and patient, and the prices! Lunch is choose fried rice or lo main noodles, and they give you a huge serving of it. Then 1/2/3 meats for 5/6/7 bucks plus tax. Best deal you'll find around for quantity, and the quality is actually quite top notch.”

“This place is amazing. The staff was super friendly in suggesting the best of the menu. Also having options for other diets is awesome. Tastes very fresh and simply very very good. Will be coming back! Thanks!”

“The service was friendly and the coffee is delicious. The staff give customers plenty of space. My elderly father loves it and he lieks very much to linger over a cup of coffee.”

“Very kind, and friendly staff. Great place for a quick bite to eat. Amazing soups and desserts. Coffees are great. They try to buy local as much as they can, which is a huge plus.”

“Fun sandwich spot. Lots of different takes and varied options. Cozy, but was a good time.”

“The taste of the salad was good. It was obvious that it was all fresh ingredients. The broccoli slaw had 0 flavor which was kind of disappointing. We both added salt and pepper to it (I never add them to my food) and it didn't really help much. I didn't care for the tomato bisque soup. But I've never had a bisque version before so that may be how it was supposed to taste.”

“Great place for food and drink the nachos are huge for a small order and great choices of beer. The floor of this place is really cool it came from the old stadium. The service is quick and friendly and the clientele is fun, I have stayed at the hotel twice and have gone down for food and drinks both times. And this place gets hopping at night.”

“Food is great, but the wait caused by all the hype offsets that. You can easily wait for an hour outside. It's what I'd call a success disaster.”

“Service was right there, didn't feel abandoned like the N Syr. Location. Food was good, service was smiling and friendly You got more than one ladle of soup. At the North Syracuse location looked like Campbell's soup, nothing wrong with Campbell's but you could at least try adding some fresh basil and chunks of tomato. Felt like they were rationing. WWII is over we won. Clay was fabulous!????????”

“The food was good and the service was attentive. We were lucky to have our party of six seated in less than ten minutes. Everyone enjoyed their meals and a couple of people in our party took advantage of the buy one, take one entree home deal. It was a good choice for a relaxing family dinner. Thank you!”

“Great pizza, amazing deals and delightful people. We went in to try a slice before we bought whole pies to bring home for dinner. Since they kept us wait 5 or 6 minutes instead of the normal 2-3 it takes to reheat a slice, and they slightly over cooked our first slices, because it was 430 on a Friday and the place was crazy busy; they gave us free garlic knots. Not only that but when we came back to pick up the pizzas after we went shopping they remembered our names!”

“We take the daycare children to the tree house to play, and on occasion we have lunch with them while we are there. We've never been disappointed! The service is always great! Food is always good! They give us plates, and cups so that we can get water for everyone. Very friendly, promt, reasonably priced, and accommodating.”

“In my book always a good choice. I like the Italian BMT on Italian cheese bread. The meatball subs are also excellent. If you get the BMT have it toasted. Really nice flavors. Usually great staff in any if the subways. Quick in and out too. Nice part is if you want to eat there they have good facilities with nice tables and chairs.”

“Hit or miss at this location. Sometimes they are on point. Sometimes they straight up suck. I have DD Perks. I always have my order ready to pick up at least 5minutes before I get there. I have waited for my on-the-go order here time after time again before work. These people have taken more time than needed to make a single iced coffee on more than one occasion making me late for work???? still my fault because I didn't leave 20 minutes for my coffee to be made. I believe they were understaffed for a long time or something because there was always only one or two people working when I had problems. When there is at least 5+ people I don't have an issue. Not sure what is going on management wise with this place but I hope they turn around since holding open interviews for hiring people every Monday for the past few weeks. Positive note: when I do have a good experience getting my coffee there is always this one male working who is very friendly and kind. I will have to get his name and edit this review.”
