“Dinner reservations for four at 6:15pm on a Tuesday evening. We arrived at 6pm to a full entrance. Seated in a timely manner. Served water and menus, not asked if we'd like a cocktail until our order was taken approximately 15min later. We were served our bread and soup after waiting a while. Upon finishing, we waited, waited and waited for our meal; 2 hrs from the time we were seated until we received our dinner. I understand that they were busy; that they had a large party upstairs, but 2 hrs to wait for the entrees? The table of 4 seated next to us were equally dissatisfied. We each spoke with the manager expressing our concerns. Corrections definitely need to be made. On a positive note, the seafood chowder was delicious. The bread was delightful! The entrees were good.”

It is not located in the hottest area, so if you cannot find a seat, come here. “So many unusual and yummy options!! Our group ordered the Barney Rubble French toast, which is dipped and cooked in fruity pebbles cereal. Surprisingly good. Also, pork belly eggs Benedict. Delicious and cooked to perfection. Tot-chos. A take on nachos with tots instead of chips. Waitress was great, they were busy but we still had great service. The service was fast and easy as it should be while not busy. However, the place got very busy after the fireworks and the service was still as good. “We had dinner here with a college friend of his. We were lucky to be seated in the dining room to the right, which was less busy and much quieter. The food was fabulous! I ordered their famous tamarind duck which lived up to its reputation. I also had an amazing mango mojito. The three of us shared the chocolate lava cake, which was to die for. The wait staff were great and did not try to hurry us along, which made for a perfect evening.”

“I grew up in Eastwood, I went here when I was young and didn't go back. It wasn't due to a bad experience by any means I just didn't go back. Well, a while ago, my fiance comes home and can't stop talking about this place just down the street. This legit went on for weeks. He convinced me to go back and give it another try. I'm so glad I stopped in, the guy at the front counter was super cool and my food was great. Not to mention they were able to make what I wanted even though it wasn't exactly on the menu. “This is a real bagel shop. The bagels are not just baked like most places here they are boiled like a true bagel should be. The staff went out of their way to assist us and it was very well appreciated. The bagels were divine and cooked perfectly you can tell they know what they are doing.
