“Regular shopping day but made so much more than that by several wonderful employees! Stopped at Sammy’s sandwiches and Kayla’s enthusiasm was above and beyond! Loved how she greeted us, described the sandwiches and served us with attention and detail. Then we went to the pulled pork/chicken station and again greeted by several employees and helped with such kindness. To end it all off, Bridgette ( I’m pretty sure that was her name!) checked us out with another employee bagging and we had a chance to laugh together and truly enjoy our experience. Thank you Lowe’s for making shopping fun!!”

“I love this place! I am an iced coffee fanatic, but not all iced coffees are made equally. The drinks I got at Island Jo were FANTASTIC and really hit the spot. They have so much variety. The coffee is smooth and not too sweet or too bitter. It's how coffee SHOULD be. My breakfast sandwiches were amazing too. I took some egg, bacon, and cheese bagel sandwiches back to our vacation spot and my parents who grew up on Philadelphia delis were really impressed as well and said they were excellent. Likewise, my husband said their "rye was amazing and perfectly toasted". The service we had was great. You can't ask for more than friendly, personable, and quick. I'd go here everyday if I lived in Oak Island.”
