“My first time through but a friend from work raved about the "rounds" which are essentially tater tots that are round and flat like a cookie. They're delicious!! The chicken was also very good but lord help... The biscuits... The biscuits are amazing!! Just get the biscuits. Oh I also had a bacon egg biscuit at a meeting once and it was the absolute best. I'll try for pics next time but this was car eating and that's no fun for pictures.”

“This place runs like a well-oiled machine. Came here starving after a concert at the US Cellular Center, scrambled to squeeze in before a crowd of others, and very quickly served. The server was wonderful, and the Cooks clearly had a routine down to serve food very efficiently. There was no waiting and no botched orders as you may sometimes come to expect at Waffle House. They had several people clearly devoted to just getting the food out for those busy nights. Everything was delicious!”

When I asked her if our bill was ready to pay on the machine she replied you don't have 1. Was taken by surprise by her answer & took a minute to sink in. I asked her why? She replied the couple that sat across from us took care of it. Unfortunately they already left. I'm hoping that they will read this and know we're so thankful ????. Especially since we've been on the road all day & that was the 1st time we had to stop to get something to eat. When I told my husband he was shocked. I told him now it's our turn to pay it forward. “Horrible!!! Had to call and speak with manager Asia, after having waited 2 hours for our delivery order of 3 medium pizzas. I expressed my frustrations and suggested they don't take orders if they can't handle the volume being short staffed. She promised me it was going out that moment. So 2.5 hours later, pizzas are delivered but completely room temperature! Right now as I write this, pizzas are in my oven being heated. There is no excuse for this horrible experience. Update - Manager Asia called to apologise at 11 pm and said we would be getting a refund. It has now been 3 days and refund did not post so I called today and spoke with her and she explained that it is "on my account". I said what account? She said Domino's account. She said I should be able to see it when I log on or that I can call. I logged on and nothing is there so it seems that I have to call next time to order. UPDATE: Credit was indeed honored and I had no issues when I went to redeem my credit. It seems like Asia is taking better care of running this franchise as a manager and that is a great thing. Hopefully, she will continue at this location. I have updated this review from 1 star to 3 stars because of Asia's handling of the situation. Thank you.”
