“Utterly delicious. I first came to Fayetteville 25 years ago and had my first taste of NC BBQ and was instantly hooked. Fowler's is the real deal with smoke and sauce flavor profiles on point. I had the pulled pork with slaw and my wife had Brisket Caesar salad. The pulled pork was juicy, smoky (mouth watering uncontrollably now) and delicious. The brisket was as delicious and not dried out like most places. I also ordered fries (fresh cut) but realized too late they have smoked potato salad. All in all the best BBQ in town and many happy returns will be forthcoming. Thank you Fowler's for the best in southern cuisine.”

“Given that this is the closest location to me, I go out of convenience. However, after today, that will likely change. I've tried giving this location multiple chances. The staff are more often than not, off putting and my orders have been inconsistent at best. I get that the goal is for the company to turn a profit. With that said, I'd like to get what I'm paying for. When asked for light ice, I was simply given less product in conjunction with less ice (shown in picture). I might as well have been given a medium drink instead of a large. Also, as others have stated, the only consistent thing here is having to wait.”

I enjoy the Spring Rolls, and the rice vermicelli with chicken, sprouts, carrots, cucumbers, and roasted peanuts. Their light, spicy sauce that accompanies this dish makes it even better!”
