“The good- Food is amazing. Even the simple stuff like oatmeal and fruit. The fruit was all high end - berries and the like. Food is healthy and there are so many options! I would eat breakfast here every morning if I lived close. Our table tried all of the smoothies and we passed them around to taste them. They were all good without being too sweet. If you add enough sugar/agave, any smoothie can taste good. But these tasted delicious without a ton of sweetener. The view - eat outside if it’s not too hot! The could be better - (but still rating the restaurant 5 stars because of the food) The service - both our waiters were not local to the US and one struggled to understand us. I really don’t have any issue with that at all, at least she was trying. However the other waiter was very fluent in English, but just generally not that welcoming or thorough. Could be better with a simple smile, a ‘how is everything?’ or ‘Can I get you anything else?’”

“We came for lunch and everything was wonderful. Prompt service, seating where we asked, and a very friendly server. We didn’t even get photos of our food, but it looked, smelled and tasted wonderful. I had the yellowfin tuna and my husband had fried flounder, the kids had a grilled chicken sandwich and no complaints anywhere. The cornbread they bring out with real whipped butter was basically dessert! Don’t miss out on this delicious place, and if the weather is nice try sitting outside so you can see the views!”

“The best part about this restaurant is it's also a Kentucky Fried Chicken! That's the primary reason for 4-stars instead of 3. The restaurant as a whole is average for fast food. The wait times to both order and and receive the food are really long inside. The staff are really nice and my orders have always been correct. I'll definitely continue to go, but plan to wait a while for my food.”

“Love grabbing some chicken and mashed potatoes. But last time I was there they said that had run out of extra crispy chicken and we had to get normal crispy chicken! But if the chicken is already crispy, and you just add the second layer of breading and fry it. , isnt that how you make extra crispy chicken.........????. But who cares! Love this place. GO KFC!!!!”

“Had lunch there with a group of ten. We are off-season so it was not crowded at all. Nice environment looking out the windows at all the fancy fishing boats. Service was good. I had fish tacos which were nicely done and my wife had the shrimp and grits which were also good. Nice lunch stop”

“Small off the road barbecue joint. The building is screened in and has a decent seating selection inside. It’s counter service and they turn food around fast! The food was solid, we got the pulled pork plate with Mac and cheese and fries and it was enough for two to share. Bathrooms are outside but still in good condition. Definitely a must try if you’re in the area!”

“Excellent and delicious food! On my list for must comeback to even more than the fine dining restaurants we have been to! The Tatar tots with bacon, shredded cheese, and ranch dip was beyond awesome. I normally don't order things like that even. Big enough to share with 3 or 4 people or just enjoy yourself as a meal. Fish and chips was with wild caught cod. Fries are long and soft. Onion rings were a gentle crunch and not greasy. Tuna fish was locally sourced. Root beer floats were good. Hamburgers were good. Prices were mostly in the $10 - $15 range. Comfortable, fun, 50's decor with a lot of Coke product items and model miniature antique cars. Service was good, and we did not run out of drink - nice big cups!”

It took quite a while to even be acknowledged and then we had to ask multiple times to get water. We didn’t try the food so no commentary on that, other than it did look good. “Have not been here in a year, the menu has changed a bit, but the server Brent was great, the food was great, I being on a limited diet, had the vegetarian fajitas, delicious... and no onions as I requested, ( thank you ) the guacamole was fresh, the Cobb salad with tuna looked tasty and was completely eaten. It was busy on a Friday night during peak season, but we were set quickly and food came just as quick. I'm glad to say the food is just as good as I remembered from past years. We will be back and when its cooler out, want to enjoy the outside sitting area... ( which by the way, you with pets, can eat dinner and have your dog with you for you pet owners) a nice perk not offered anywhere else I can think of.. customer service again, and for the new server.. Brent was top notched. I'd definitely recommend eating and relaxing with a nice dinner that is also priced affordably for you with families.”
