“This Firehouse Subs location just opened a few days ago. They actually opened a month later than expected. Not sure why, but stuff happens. I expected a bigger crowd for the opening but I believe the fact that this location wasn't on Google Maps was hurting their business. I added this location to Google Maps in hopes this location will flourish! Also, I love Firehouse Subs! The Smokehouse Beef and Cheddar Brisket on wheat bread is simply amazing here. My favorite. I think Firehouse Subs is one of the better sub restaurants out there. Check them out and try it out for yourself.”

“This is a new location in Winston and only the 2nd one in the triad. Place is very clean and very up to date. The seating area isn't huge, but plenty of places to sit. The food is to be expected, although I do believe the cooks are still perfecting how to cook a few things, but it wasn't bad at all. Will be back!”

“The servers are super nice, so are the cashiers. The restaurant is lovely and comfortable in that it makes you want to hang out a while after the completion of your meal. The restaurant is very clean. The portion sizes are VERY generous and the cost is extremely reasonable. The reason that I didn’t give 5 stars is that I found the fish to be very bland and under seasoned, the French fries were actually more tasty than the fish in terms of seasoning.”

“Went with my grandmother. I got a BBQ pulled pork sandwich and she ordered a Cuban sandwich but they were out of it so she got Jerk chicken instead. While my sandwich was really spicy (the french fries too), it was good spicy like a nice burn on my tongue. I don't know whose idea it was to mix mandarin oranges to coleslaw but it works really well (I wish I got more with the sandwich. They give you a little sauce cup). The loss of one star only comes from my grandmother's chicken which she says was bland. She said the rice, the peas, and the cabbage was very good. I certainly will be back for that Cuban sandwich. Glad to see such a unique restaurant in Winston!”

“This was our first experience here and we left full and satisfied. Our server, Artemis was friendly and did a great job keeping our drinks full. We had the homemade chips as an appetizer and they were really good and crispy. I had the marinated grilled chicken with lemon butter sauce and the sauce was delicious. “We tried Habit for the first time today. It was an off peak time so not busy at all, which I like. We ordered our food, everything was great, it's a nice place and clean. The employees were nice. I do feel it is a little overpriced for what you are getting, kinda reminded me steak n shake, but higher prices. Overall, it's a nice add to Clemmons!”

“We shared soooo many things! The coffee rubbed wings, the pimento sausage dip, the fennel salad, (oh....the fennel salad!!!!) The meatloaf, the spicy hen, the Brussels, the pimento Mac and cheese and even the peanut butter pie. We are huge foodies and are usually always looking for something better. We had nothing to complain about and everything to rave about while at Sir Winston's! I would have to say that the fig & fennel salad is hands down one of my very favorite salads, ever! The smoked bourbon and coffee rubbed wings are the best I've ever tried in NC. We asked the chef to increase the heat for the spicy honey sauce, for the Hot Honey Hen...which had the most perfectly crispy outside that I've ever experienced. Perfection. The whole table fought over the pimento cheese sausage dip. The meatloaf Wellington was perfectly cooked and flavored. The mushroom, the fig glace, and wine flavors all pulled the dish together so nicely. I haven't been so excited and so happy about an overall atmosphere, service and restaurant experience in a very long time! Now, they are new and they weren't a lot of people there, but I'm telling you, for this group of foodies, we have found a diamond. All the flavor, all the class, none of the pretentiousness.”

It was almost hard to tell in the busy rush who was even our server with the amount of team work I saw set in place and the food and serving sizes were beyooond great!
