“Very beautiful restaurant. The ambiance was very amazing as well as the service. We had the chicken tender appetizer and it was the BEST chicken tenders I've ever had. They were so crispy yet so light and juicy! We had the mac n cheese with our steaks and who would have thought to put Ritz crackers in mac n cheese but it was BOMB! The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because our steak although seasoned very well and cooked perfectly it was a bit chewy. I guess that comes from the cut of the meat steak is too expensive to have to chew it like gum. Other than the chewy steak I would recommend this restaurant even if just for those tenders and mac n cheese.”

“Food was good a little more cracked pepper then I'm used to on the steaks but was good. Service was amazing she made sure we were taken care of and even helped me out on my Irish coffee which was a disappointment until she told me what she tries and that helped it not taste so bad. Morgan made sure we were taken care and the kitchen staff did an amazing job with the food and the timely manner. I would recommend eating here if you want good service and good food.”

“Update- The General Manager, Stacy, reached out to me and really made things right. She was understanding and extremely helpful. Not happy with simply refunding the fingers portion of our meal, she refunded our entire meal. Furthermore, she is going to work more closely with the staff at the Jacksonville location to see that this doesn’t happen again. She demonstrated how to handle customer issues with courtesy and professionalism and had changed how I feel about Zaxby’s now. Thanks! Terrible place with awful customer service. I made an online order, picked it up, did a quick inventory before driving back to Richlands. Once home come to find out that the 5 piece chicken fingers was actually a 1 finger. When I called the store I was informed I would have to drive back to the restaurant for a refund because they could not find any evidence of my order even though I had a receipt with the name, items ordered and check number but apparently my order didn’t exist. With all the places to eat in Jacksonville choose almost anywhere else. If you like getting your order completed and not being treated like a liar while literally being lied to I recommend going to literally any other restaurant. Update- my wife ate the Caesar salad and now has food poisoning. While there is no proof that it was the salad, many food borne illnesses are the result of salads due to most of the ingredients being served raw.”

“They forget to put the side items in my bag at times and the food around 9 or 10 is a bit scrappy and old. The quality of their orange chicken has gone down in the past few months I noticed less meat and more fried. The staff are always nice and helpful and certain staff go out of the way to put a smile on a customers face.”

“It lives up to the legend. Excellent donuts and incredible variety. I grew up having just the glazed Krispy Kreme donuts, so I was amazed when I went inside and discovered how many flavors they offered. The girl who waited on us was polite and patient with us, as none of us really knew what we were wanting when we first went inside. Would definitely go there again.”

“I’ve been here twice since I moved to town. Once in 2015 and once yesterday. This place is very cool. The food is amazing. You won’t want delivery pizza after eating here. “I had the special of the day, two pepperoni pizzas with a drink. The pizzas were hot, the sauce tasted like what's on NYC pizzas, a nice blend of spices and tomato sauce, the cheese was evenly spread over the bread, and the bread had that nice crunch to it. All of it works together to give you a pizza that your taste buds will thank you for. I grew up in NYC - Bronx and have had pizza from coast to coast, and this pizza ranks in the top 10.”

“This was my fist time at this restaurant, and it was amazing! My friend suggested I try the Pineapple Fried Rice, so I did- the pictures don't do this dish justice, it was delicious! It includes shrimp and chicken, with pineapples and raisins, all served inside the pineapple, garnished with a pretty flower or umbrella, topped with a few chopped scallion onions. The restaurant was very clean, and it's atmosphere was very mellow. The waitress was very kind and attentive, and greeted our table with a smile???? I'll definitely be going back soon! ????”

“My visits are getting worse. Price went up $1.00 on three popular medium subs. Not meat portions are 30 to 40 % less. I have been cheated on points numerous times. I have acquired over 70,000 points, and have been a customer for a long time. The phone app only works part of the time. Today I ordered a med. roast beef on wheat, less bread, and jalapenos. When I got home .8 miles from the store, my sub was barely warm. It was made with full white sub bun. 1/2 the sub barely had any meat. Something has changed for the worse at this location. I made a return trip today, 5/21. Ordered a large premium roast beef on wheat with jalapenos and less bread. This sub was perfect, as I was used to. My faith is restored. Great friendly crew. Keep up the great work.”

“A solid 3 stars. They're batting about 60% so far with my (custom) orders. Normally if I get home and realize it's wrong I just eat the pizza. Today I drove all the way back and got them to fix it. So I figured I'd rate them while I have this extra time on my hands waiting for the pizza I ordered on the app which was to save myself time. In their defense sometimes I order several pizzas at a time. Can't beat the price and I love the concept of the app. Loving the thin crusts too. The employees are pretty nice, which helps me forgive the flubs (chalking it up to lots of younger inexperienced folks).”

“Wow, such a clean facility. Driving into this establishment is a little awkward. The drive through exit is right in front of the entrance to the parking lot and people are checking their food and don't pull to the right. They often block the entrance as they exit. The food is good and the ice cream is great. We added some pretzel sticks to our order and the dipping cheese had just the right amount of spice. They're pretty tasty. The staff here is relatively young but they know what they're doing. This is a great place for a quick bite. Having a birthday or just need to take some ice cream home with you? This location has a freezer you can walk over to and select a Cake or your favorite to go flavor from. A great way to beat the crowd.”
