“Hey all. I want to give a big thumbs up to this place. It’s the only Taco Bell I will go to in Jacksonville, NC because it’s worth the drive. The customer service is wonderful and the very few times a mistake has been made in my order they are not only quick to remedy it but they are apologetic. Most times they will also give you something extra for your troubles. I know most of them there and they are genuine. So when they talk to you they mean it. If they take the time to chit chat with you it’s because they actually care about you. In my opinion the service is top notch. The only complaint I have if it’s any is the fact that no Taco Bell is able to find a way for the tacos to not stick to the paper and I wish they would fill the taco salads to the top. But I’m not really complaining about that either because the food is prepped well and tastes fresh which is very important to me. I give this place 2 thumbs up and I ring of the bell! Keep up the good work guys and I’ll see you tomorrow!”

“The only DECENT McDonald's thats open 24/7 in town. The other one never accepts card at night and I've heard the Ice Cream Machine is being "cleaned" at least 4 times a week from that one at different times. But this one is fantastic, they've never given me an issue with my food or the order I place and I've never had to wait for an extremely long time to get my food. If it was a bit closer to where I lived it would definitely be my go to place though!”

“The other day I went in with my family and we were greeted by a very delicious smell that came from the kitchen along with a cheery girl behind the counter. My nieces love coming here for the cheese dip. The girls insisted on us coming here and now i know why. The food was just as great as the restaurant smells and not only that but our food came out very fast. There’s a tall man that was going around singing he came over to our table and greeted us with a loud and warm welcome, Manuel was his name. Very nice man. Our waitress was Maya and she was very attentive. I loved the atmosphere this place has, very homey. I highly recommend this place it’s very family oriented. The service our waitress gave was outstanding along with everyone that greeted us and the food.”

We ordered a variety of items We can’t say enough about how delicious it was on top of the spectacular service from the time we called our order in and spoke with Jeremiah to the delivery driver which unfortunately I didn’t get his name but he was absolutely awesome!!!!! We could never imagine that a place like this would exist in Jacksonville and we’re SO happy is does. We’re hooked!! Love Empire Pizza!! It felt like being back in New York City or Boston absolutely awesome. We also had a special request that the driver call us upon arrival due to having a combat wounded marine here we prefer that no one knocks on the door to cause the dogs to bark or startle him and they were so compassionate and understanding and the driver called us right when he pulled up so I could meet them outside- that is going above and beyond and we are very grateful Thanks so much ????????????????”
