“This place is great. Hands down. I stay in Charlotte, but every time I come to Monroe, I have to stop by and grab me something. Sometimes my daughter goes to visit her family down there. I tell her to pick me up 10 wings flat and fries and bring it back. It can be 2 hours after picking my food up and she bring it back to me and its still hot. No lie. Just love me some Mr G's. “We have been passing this pace for years, and today we finally decided to try them. It's small but clean. The menu is straightforward, prices are good. The food is very good. We had flounder, shrimp, fried zucchini, baked beans, baked potato, and french fries at our table and everything was good. The lady who took our order and served us was friendly and efficient. “We purchased 4 Arby's roast beef and Cheddar's and we only received one pack of horsey sauce and one pack of Arby's sauce even after we requested extra. also when we got to the window we asked if there was extra sauce in there and the young woman promptly said yes and close the window as if she didn't want to speak to us or answer any other questions. I believe that your staff could be a bit more friendly when it comes to the drive-thru because this isn't the first time that the same young woman has been very rude and short with us.”

The GM was very friendly and engaged with his team and all the guests. They were very clean in comparison to competing fast food spots as well. Bathrooms were fresh and stocked, team members were pleasant, and my King's Meal Deal was hot and fresh! It was lunchtime on a Monday and quite busy, but service was flowing smoothly and I received the kind of service I expect, EXCELLENCE! Well done Burger King of Monroe, NC. I appreciate all you do. “Drove by this place a dozen times and never tried it. I should have stopped before. We both had the burger today and it was absolutely awesome! The homemade onion rings were a perfect accompaniment to the giant 8 oz burgers. Server was warm, friendly, and attentive. Owner was genuine and friendly.
