On the up side I had the pleasure to meet the best bartender ever! Her name was L and she was an absolute delight. The regulars spoke highly of her and I fell in love with her quick wit. “I've eaten banh mi up and down the east coast, from NYC to Orlando and this easily tanks in the top 3. Others have had better bread, but none has had better pork or chicken in the sandwiches. The ingredients are fresh, and after trying 3 different sandwiches, I can confidently say that both the pork and the chicken beat the pork belly. Line was manageable at 1:30, though they run out of most sandwiches by 2:30 so you have to be prompt!”

“Excellent "hole-in-the-wall" Vietnamese restaurant with large portions and excellent prices. This restaurant is cheap for the quality and quantity of food you get for many of the dishes. The Pho is excellent, but the rice plates are also worth trying at some point and are delicious as well. The menu is varied and has a wide selection of various Vietnamese dishes. The only problem with the restaurant is that it is very small, meaning it fills up fast. I recommend going at off times to avoid having to wait for a table or being uncomfortably close to other diners.”

Ive never been to a store with a beer bar, or had time for a beer while flying through to collect groceries, but its an interesting idea... store might get better flow through if bar had its own entrance (but there's probably a state code against that). “I've been going to Chanticleer for a while about a year and haven't had a bad experience yet! Every time I go in the staff is really nice and the food is delicious. I always get the Ashe-county cheddar croissant with egg and sausage. The atmosphere is really nice when I go in either jazz or blues is playing and I love it. Today was especially beautiful so most people sat outside. Definitely recommend!”

“This is the best Domino's Pizza location I have ever been to. The staff here is amazing and very friendly. When I came in to pickup my order they noticed that they forgot one of the special request I made. I told them it was okay and that it wasn't a big deal, because I know stuff like that happens and I didn't want them to have to waste a pizza and throw it away. However they insisted on fixing it for me right away and were very urgent about it. They went above and beyond for me and I didn't even ask them too. Now that's some excellent customer service!
