“I normally don’t do reviews but this one actually deserves it. First things first the customer service was AMAZING, she was very patient with me as I am a very picky person. So I really did appreciate the time she took to help me figure out what I wanted to get. Second, the food was also AMAZING I had the Hollis Deli wrap and the Gun Hill Smoothie. “We went on opening weekend. The space is beautiful with a really upbeat atmosphere. The cocktails were amazing as were the appetizers. The pasta dishes were delicious. Not your typical spaghetti- seafood options and other unique combinations we loved everything we got. They also have beautiful private dining spaces that are begging to host a small special celebration! We will definitely be back.”

“Yes, this is no longer a Steak n Shake,. Yes, they no longer have shoestring fries. Yes, the prices are a little higher., but please judge this restaurant on its own merits. We were greeted by our same happy server that has been a staple here for years. We were there mid morning and were able to order from both the breakfast and lunch menu, which is great for my husband who doesn’t like breakfast food. Our order was taken quickly and our food was delivered within a very reasonable time. The food is hot, fresh, and delicious! The California burger was big and juicy with lots of flavor. The tangy sauce was so good we dipped our fries in it! I ordered the egg breakfast and opted for the sausage, which was nicely seasoned without being spicy. My son ordered the egg and cheese biscuit. The biscuit was light and fluffy, with a good portion of egg on it. He loved it so much he asked if he could order a second one. The prices are a little higher than previously, but prices on all goods have gone up drastically in the last year! And $8 for a burger and fries of this quality is still a bargain! I’d much rather support a small business than a chain.”

“This was one of the best experiences I've ever had with an establishment, whether you're going in for just a lunch, coffee, or an intimate dinner this is the place to go. The head chef Tim really knows what he's doing and makes the best sandwiches in town. The platters and coffee are exquisite. Even with the loss of their very nice espresso machine they still produce the best drinks I've ever had it's honestly a work of magic. The owner Sarah is also an internationally known beverage expert from coffee to wine to craft beer, she has been asked to write multiple times in international magazines giving her opinions and advice to the world, she is a certified hospitality beverage expert and sommelie. I really can't say enough for this place. I've worked in retail my whole life and this is hands down the best establishment I've ever been to. If you want somewhere to eat this is hands down the best place to go and I will be returning on multiple occasions to dine again.”

“This place makes the best Italian subs. Pure heaven. Sadly it has become an addiction. Every other day I'm ordering these. I've seen so many Potbelly's and never tried them until a month ago, and the cookies are an addiction within themselves. Always have my coffee brewed for the chocolate fudge brownie cookies and oatmeal chocolate chip. Whoever you are making the sandwiches...Thank you. You make my day every other day. lol”
