“I live very near this restaurant and it is my favorite place to eat. The food is fabulous, and the chef is incredible. They do not even keep a freezer on premises, as ALL food is prepared fresh daily. The Babaganoush is fantastic, the way he mixes the hummus with fire roasted eggplant. Exquisite! I have had nearly everything on the menu, and am continually surprised with one delicious dish after another. Such a polite wait staff makes for a warm and inviting atmosphere. Also, I am a musician and can attest to the quality of the music. Just right! For such a small town like Garner, we are extremely fortunate to have this restaurant. Raleigh, eat your heart out. “This place always looks packed & busy from driving by; the outside seating (in good weather) seems to be busy w patrons eating, socializing & playing games so we gave it a go. The food here is great - stop in for a quick bite! We ordered the sampler apps: mushrooms, jalapeno poppers & loaded skins. All 3 were well-made, served hot. The mushrooms are not heavily breaded (*not the biggest mushroom fan - these are excellent). We ordered the Dry Rub 20 piece Chicken Wings. They gave us way more than 20! I'm not sure if they made a mistake or if they just "eyeball" it... but we took 13 home after eating our fill... These wings are great! Served piping hot & juicy! These are BIG wings, not the little, bitty wings some places put out. 4 stars based on today. I'm going to stop a few more times & update as the experience is a bit broader.”

“I live in Clayton and I drive all the way to this location in Garner because it’s better than the Chinese restaurants in my city! Order is never wrong. Chicken is always fresh. They know how to cook the breader on the sweet and sour chicken without over cooking it and making it hard and crusty. I think they put MSG in their food which makes it super tasty and super addicting! That house fried rice is to die for!”

“This is a really good place for food with friends. Lots of good options at reasonable prices. They tend to give you way more than you can eat. The food is fairly standard bar food, nothing amazing but all pretty good. Parking is usually rather difficult since there is just one small parking lot that the restaurant shares with other businesses. Overall, pretty good food that's definitely worth a try if you are around campus.”

“I love this place so much! My boyfriend and I went there last night and, as always, we were well taken care of. Krissy was our server, and I can’t say enough nice things about her. I watched her multitask waiting tables and behind the bar, and I was so impressed. She never stopped moving and was always on the ball. Perhaps one of the things that most impressed me was her ability to anticipate our needs. The food is always delicious! We wish we could come more often, but ever since moving outside the beltline, its a bit of a trek to make it downtown. However, it’s worth it every time, and we eat here as often as we can!”

“Amazing food and visually stunning atmosphere. Prices were reasonable for plate size and everything works great for sharing. Downsides are largely noise issues. There is nothing to dampen the sound so it is pretty overwhelming. It's hard to hear anyone across the table let alone if you are in a large group. Second issue was large groups. If food is meant to be shared, thin, long tables are not conducive to doing so. Overall, delicious though and we will definitely be back! Thank you!”

Little did I know they would put me in the bar area where the sweet little girl running the bar was definitely wearing too many hats! I hope they pay this young lady good because she was doing the job of 3 people. Unfortunately being in a semi rush this was not it chief. The people seated next to us (out of bar area) had drinks, appetizers, and their order in by the time we had the chance to place our drink order. The fried okra was great as well as the biscuit, it just needed some butter! The chicken was dry but decor was good. Expected more from the chicken. In conclusion the bartender needs to be in upper management! Her multi tasking is on point! I would hire her at my company for that alone. ????????”

“I was so excited for this place! I heard great things about it so when I went in today, I was really hopeful. The people working there weren't super helpful. It was my first time in and I asked a bunch of questions but got a lot of short answers. There was some tension or something with the staff as one person was helping me, then another got moved into that position and then she grumbled some complaint under her breath that she wasn't supposed to be in that position... that was odd and uncomfortable. Finally, the food. I got the white rice and it was lumpy, which is always disappointing. I also got the falafel, which was like mashed potatoes inside, no texture whatsoever. I'm disappointed and probably won't go back.”
