They were quick on their Feet and made sure everyone was taking care of even though they were very busy. Everyone dress comfortably jeans and T-shirt. Which I'm cool with because comfort is key To healthy happy Employees. My waiter was amazing he was an older gentleman with glasses and tattoos on his arms. None of the employees were wearing name tags. Food was excellent service was quick. Looking for affordable place to eat try this place. This is a family friendly restaurant. “Been back here many times, as well as other places in Eugene, and Mama Mayra's is simply the best. The food here is better than Novo Latin Table. The only downsides are the location and interior, which aren't so great, but the food is just so dang good you can forget about everything else.$2.50 for a perfectly cooked egg scramble folded nicely with very tasty beans and cheese in a flour tortilla. So for green/red sauce to jazz/spice things up!”

In fact the night we tried it the first time we were actually headed somewhere else but our good fortune was that place was closed so we decided to give Hong Kong a try - and boy are we glad we did!!!! This small restaurant is off the chart great. It is not fancy at all, which is fine with me, but they know Chinese food. We have been there twice within the past week and it is outstanding in taste and quality at reasonable prices. It was explained to me they don't make food ahead of time and then dish it out, it's all done to order, which is how it should be done. This restaurant (Hong Kong) has unquestionably become our "go to" Chinese restaurant due to their excellent food, absolute best in Eugene/Springfield in my opinion. If you like excellent Chinese food then this is the place for you. See you there!!!”

The stir fry is similar to pad thai but less sweet & tastes more healthy. I tasted the stir fry while it was still hot & then also later as left overs after reheating. “The pizza is fantastic as always. I believe the service is lacking here as opposed to the coburg road location. Of course the real downside to papa's pizza is the price. Around $30 for one large pepperoni pizza is outrageously expensive for what it is. You could buy six Little Caesars pizzas for the same price. Sure it's not as good but for $30, you have to start looking at diminishing returns. Go when they have a good deal going! You won't feel as guilty.”
