“Food was delicious and well seasoned. The pepper chicken was spicy and very juicy. Loved everything. The staff was friendly and quick. Definitely something I’d get again as a quick bite while shopping. Not sure why the other reviews state otherwise!”

“What a gem. A group of friends and I stumbled upon this small but mighty Wine bar and French restaurant. The owner was so kind which lured us in but the wine and amazing chef talent took it to another level. I ordered the mushroom risotto and tasted the duck… both excellent. Watching the staff work together was impressive … what a gift of an experience for this short time in Oregon.”

“Pizza was pretty legit. Nothing out of this world, but great overall. The staff were super nice and the low key cafeteria atmosphere was perfect for a Friday night pizza date. If you’re in the mood for a good pizza and wine, this will hit the spot. Come hungry, the pizza is very big.”

“We went with the Deluxe Edition (everything on the menu + 1 entree + 2 desserts) and it is SO worth it. It's $55/person and it's SO much food. I loved being able to get a little bit of everything. The entree itself is $52 if you order separately, what an insane deal. Everything was delicious, employees are nice, and our server was fast and gave great recs for drinks. We will definitely be back.”

“One of the best meals I’ve ever had. The 5 course tasting menu was perfect. Every dish was amazing. Great experience. Love the Napalm death hat one of the chefs was wearing. 🤘 Will definitely return”

“Salad had great flavor which is why I'm giving 3 stars but they didn't add my chicken or steak!”

“If you like your Mexican food Americanized, then this place is great. It's some pretty delicious eats with even better (and pricey) drinks. Margaritas are the way to go. Lots of seating. The key here is happy hour: 4-6PM and the 10PM-close late night special.”

“Was so happy to find this gluten free gem in SE Portland! My partner and I stopped in for weekend brunch. We couldn’t decide between all the delicious options so we shared the eggs Benedict, apple fritters and Austrian pancake. All the dishes were superb but those apple fritters are to die for!! They make their own speciality syrups as well. My favorite was the lavender and my husband preferred the hibiscus. The atmosphere and service were outstanding to boot. We’ll definitely be back!!”

“Rating purely the food, it's perfectly fine. But it seems every time I go there they are out of what I want. They run out of garden rolls, or wide noodles, or...you name it. Seriously, a Thai place that runs out of noodles? Also, if you have allergies, skip this place. I have a severe reaction to broccoli, and about 3 out of 4 times, they leave it in anyway. I'll chock that one up to language barrier, but I still want to give you a heads up. Edit: Things seem to be improving on this front. Running out less, and they're getting the customizations right.”

“Around 3 months ago, I went here with my newborn baby Claudia, and my husband Davin, Claudia was ALL SMILES the entire time and the artwork on the wall is stunning! It was so quiet I didn't need the earplugs I brought! The TV was in a very nice spot to easily watch. I love this hotel so much! I'll be coming back soon to get out of the house!”

“The 4 of us had a wonderful breakfast. I was the only one who hadn't been there before and their hype about Screen Door lived up to its name. The Shrimp & Grits were perfect, seriously. Hopefully they do Salmon with Grits soon, I'd be back soon for that childhood favorite! The Pecan bacon was a first for me, it was rich and a fantastic shareable. Pricey, so we can't visit all the time, but I'm definitely treating myself on the regular.”

“Such a nice room! Very clean and inviting. Great views too. They had snacks/drinks/other things available in the room for purchase and they were fairly priced. The champagne included in the champagne package was very good. Perfect place to stay if you’re seeing a show at the Doug fir lounge. I hope to stay here again!”

“Lovely people. Lovely Food. Everything is around $7. I highly recommend. The couple that own the shop are cuties. Edit: One pandemic and years later their food is now $10, but still amazing!”

“Great vegan bar food with a dog friendly patio. Corn dogs, garlic aioli, mac and cheese, and nachos were all quite tasty. For cocktails we did tiger teas and a lavender sour, both were great! Music was also great. Our only complaint was that there were a lot of smokers on the patio but of course that’s expected at a bar - would be great if they could expand the outdoor seating a bit more so it’s easier to avoid the smoke.”

“Completely floored by this place. Best meal I've had since I can remember. Service was warm, skilled, and thoughtful. Cocktail program was so impressive (the Saint Handlebar is killer.) All of our food was incredible, and the best item ended up being an octopus dish we got on the house because the kitchen had an extra! Truly so happy to know this place exists now.”

“Sooooo delicious and decadent! They were super sweet and friendly. Got a decked out toast with peanut butter, strawberries, blueberries, shaved coconut and topped off with honey. Ice coffee with coffee ice cubes! The way go! Highly recommend!”

“The idea of a dessert vending machine is so freaking amazing. One thing I would say is that if you love creme brulee as much as me, this one has a really waxy texture. Not a deal breaker, just something you'd want to know. The sugar stays crunchy though!”

“Love this spot! So cute and cozy, the drinks are delicious, and the food is so tasty. You can also get food from the other restaurants next door and bring them to your table, which is nice. Highly recommend this spot, especially in the summer (indoor seating is very sparse, outdoor seating is usually busy, but easy to find once you get through the line to order).”

“This place has good amount of seating for as small as it is and the parking is rough ...but it is well I say again well worth trying to find parking ... The sandwiches have amazing great taste and are very filling.... I have been here several times and will come back again the Italian beef dip is great and the hot peppers and onions kick it up a notch... My wife had the meatball it had plenty of beef and good sauteed onions ... We got french fry and they are crisp and hot ... I would recommend this place anyway they are open...”

“Simple food PACKED with flavor. We had the bowl with tofu skins and the lettuce wraps. They were both amazingly delicious. The owner is SO nice, super friendly and has a graciously positive vibe. She fed a homeless man while we were eating, which was very touching. I highly recommend this place!”

“This place was incredible! The food, the atmosphere, the decor... meticulously pieced together into probably one of the finest dining experiences I've had. The staff were extremely kind and thoughtful. Without exaggeration, probably the best beats salad in town! As a matter of fact, every dish felt like a carefully pieced together flavor bouquet. Very special place. Highly recommend. ★★★★★”

“Staff is so friendly. Food comes out fast and consistent every time. This is a regular lunch stop for me. Have had most of the burritos on the menu and have enjoyed them all. They are happy to make subs and omit things you don't want.”

“We had the Pastrami Zombie and Zombie Fries. It was perfect. The meat was super tender, and tasted like fire. The fries were gooey and spicy without any sogginess. We will definitely be back!”

“I don't know if you ever watched "How I met your mother"; but there was an episode about an illusive restaurant that serves amazing hand burgers and it was only recognized by its red front door. Noble Rot is your illusive restaurant with the best burgers (minus the red front door). They serve the best burger I have ever had. My wife and I went there on a whim. We heard from the person cutting my hair that this place was the place to visit. They were super welcoming. We showed-up with no reservation, not perfectly dressed for the occasion, but the staff was incredible. They recommended the burgers and my wife and I enjoyed the burgers while our son enjoyed the mac and cheese. The burgers were perfectly cooked. The server was incredibly supportive and accommodating to our son. The mac and cheese there is cooked with the broiler and she let the dish sit for a short time in order to let it cool down, and she brought it out first and our burgers last (which is very kind of her). My wife and I were floored by how nice and accommodating she was. She also recommended a fantastic wine to pair with our burgers and it was amazing. Brilliant, brilliant restaurant. I sincerely appreciate every experience from this restaurant and we've visited multiple times while we were in the area. Thank you Nobile Rot!!”

“Such a great addition to the neighbor. Since my first visit I’ve been going about once a week. From the food to the drinks, it is allll so good. Such great staff as well, ask Ellie to make you a random cocktail - you’ll love it! The decor of the place is easily the best instagramable place. Also the gin is out of this world!”

“I used to be great. The food was awesome. We ended up getting chicken fingers that were Sysco. Not impressed, even the Margaritas had no salt. No one asked. Service is fine. Gone way downhill.”

“Wings wings wing! And burgers, and other deep fried deliciousness. Be prepared to wait for a table during sporting events, or dinner time, but other than that prepare yourself for some fantastic, chicken wings and drumsticks. My favorite sauce is hot mixed with sweet barbecue. It's perfection! Save some room, though for some of the most amazing deep fried desserts! The oreos are my personal fave. Drizzled with chocolate sauce and sprinkled with powdered sugar, they make me happy.”
