“Not what I was expecting. Burger was dry and pretty ordinary. I ordered it with Jack Cheese and they forgot to put it on. I read the description of the fries and it said it was made with White Truffle Oil. The fries didn't have any truffle flavor. They too were just ordinary. Service was fine, a nice person took my order and the cook handed it to me. Just an unremarkable experience. I wanted to love this food.”

“I'm a real donut lover. I seen it new donut locations wherever I have the chance. I was thrilled to find another donut establishment. I must say when I first walked in I wasn't sure what to expect from the quality of their donuts because they didn't have a big selection like I was expecting. They were only about a dozen choices maybe. For as big as the building is you would really think they would have more choices. I was more than pleasantly surprised when I tried a tropical delight donut because it was one of the best donuts I've ever tried. There were so many flavors packed into this one diamond donut. A lot of their donuts have alcohol in them which I have also never tried. The apple cider fritter was okay but something I probably won't be trying again. That tropical delight on the other hand is something I would drive miles out of my way to get another one of. Oh and a quick heads up, the donuts costs about $12...I know, but seriously try the tropical delight.”

“I have found the best food at the SouthWest Water front Food Carts Pod. Today is the third day in a roll that I get the best Crabs Fried rice ever!!!! They just open about a couple months ago but the food is here to stay. It is a MUST try list. This place is just waiting to be discovered. “Tasty pizza on first order a few weeks back. Agree with others that good pizza at lower price can be had near the Fremont location (Pizza Jerk, Hot Lips, Otto’s are our regular go,to places). But a solid pie & worth it if you can spare the fairly small adder. Glad to see note to clarify why 20% tip is better for staff than a 20% price increase. I would really, really like an on-line order path that made it easy to get a half-and-half. Can’t find that & phone has been busy for about 20 minutes. So may go elsewhere tonight. Glad, though, that they are busy enough that they can’t answer my calls!”

“My friend said he was hungry, so I ordered him a pizza. However I asked the employees to make it as weird as possible, as a surprise for my friend. They happily accepted the challenge, and he received the pizza, with a cute letter with the secret recipe. My friend ended up loving the pizza so much, it's his new regular. Shout out to Beth who took my order and only charged me for a small cheese pizza despite putting a bunch of weird stuff on it. 10/10 service.”

“One of the best breakfast spots around. The whole experience overall: Walked in needed a table for two and they said it would be 25 minutes but probably less. Put my name on the list and walked down the street to Prince Coffee and grabbed a quick coffee. By the time I got and started drinking my coffee, I got a message that the table was ready. Sat down looked at the menu and knew that because the menu was simple(one page) everything on it would be good. Ordered the spinach skillet, subbed the toast for a biscuit (definitely recommend going for this option) and added avo. It was phenomenal. Came with a salad that was so good, I would have never thought to have a salad with breakfast (I’m the type of person that rarely gets a salad anywhere let alone for breakfast), but the salad that came with my skillet was not only refreshing and light, the dressing had a mildly sweet kick, it got me in the mood for breakfast. Then I dug into my skillet and chowed down. Not once did I think the skillet was missing anything or wish I ordered something else. If you want a breakfast place that has every menu item under the sun, a table right away, and the cheapest breakfast around - this place is not for you. However, if you want a breakfast spot that is moderately priced (you can easily get away for under $15 a person), has quality house made ingredients, and leaves you feeling refreshed and full, do yourself a favor and eat here, you will not be disappointed you will be happy that you chose the Little Griddle to eat at. Quick tip, you can call ahead and get your name put on the list(especially if you’re planning to go after 12PM)”

“Sorbu is *actually* perfect. I can't think of a single thing I would change. The prices are low for the quality, the people are nice, their giardiniera has me hooked, and they have weekly specials based on what they can source locally that are often VERY different from the normal menu. I'm always excited to see what they'll do next and they always put thought into it. I've had a German-tasting stone ground mustard panini with house-pickled cabbage, pillow-soft gnocchi, risotto with wild Tuscan mint, wild boar ragu over polenta, seasonal pumpkin, and some dank salads (seriously, don't sleep on the salad specials!) just to name a few. Another important thing they do is keep their Instagram up to date. Want to know the current specials? Check their Instagram. Want to make sure they didn't have some emergency and decide to close the cart for the day? Check Instagram. It doesn't seem like a big deal but there are quite a few food carts that decide not to open for the day and there's no way to know until you show up. And being able to spy on the specials before you order is nice. In summary: keep rocking, Sorbu. And I'll keep eating your delicious food.”

“One of the best meals I’ve had in a very long time. At first we were intimidated by the price, but found Canard to be unpretentious and completely worth the money. We spent only $60 each including tip for a drink, oysters, bread, a side, a main, and a dessert. Considering everything was extremely delicious, I’d say our money was well spent. We ordered the duck frites and the duck pancakes and both were incredible. The duck pancakes were so interesting so if you’re wanting something adventurous I’d say go for it! The Paris Brest for dessert was very fresh and made in-house. I wish we were hungry enough to try a few more of the desserts! The staff was so friendly! It isn’t a super comfortable place, however, as it is mostly bar/high-top seating.”
