“Went to "AJ's Cafe" this last weekend, and was thoroughly impressed with the staff as well as food. I ordered the Salmon with Asparagus. I'm usually wary of ordering meats/fish at restaurants but I must say the Salmon I ordered was delicious! It was very moist and the seasoning/flavor was excellent. Overall, the staff was very friendly and the food was terrific, I would definitely recommend going here!”

“Overall a nice experience. I had chicken soup aka pho ga. The order taker did better when I ordered by number (mask muffling) than by dish name I like that they use a number system for food pick up. My dining companion and I did okay with the trays but it would be nice to have ceramic or reusable plastic bowls. The lined paper bowl held up through my dining. The broth was pretty good, but the meat is definitely designed to be used across dishes. When I have pho ga in the city it usually has light and dark meat, probably from the chicken used to make the broth base. Wildhorse built a food court to supplement their family friendly entertainment options of cinema, a bowling alley, and arcade. Nice job, good to have options.”

“We had a wonderful celebratory dinner at the Plateau. Delicious food, attentive service, great cocktail and wine list. My husband had the Whisky steak and I had the ribeye. Both seasoned and cooked to perfection. Sides were tasty but the mushrooms and carrots shined. Finish off dinner with a Godiva chocolate martini and the cheesecake. Heavenly!”

“The food was a definite five star!! I had the avocado bacon cheeseburger and hubby got the cattleman Burger. Both were absolutely delicious. Also got two drinks and a small order of onion rings and they were pretty good as well. We paid $22 for everything, which is about what we would expect. The place gets very busy and service is kind of slow so that is why the four stars. No one was in front of us but we still waited at least 10 to 15 minutes for our food. Behind us were at least another six or seven cars and their orders were even slower. I guess the good thing is that everything is made fresh and that is why it takes a little longer. The employees, however, were all very nice and friendly. This place is way on the outside of town (on the east side) but well worth the trip.”

“This place is a big old building that isn't pretty but man have the turned this place into something you shouldn't miss in this old farm town! The drink menu has so many fun original drinks using their own liquors. We both had the huckleberry hound and it was awesome. The food menu is equally impressive with original salads, sandwiches, burgers, and wood fired pizza that is gastro pub worthy! We shared the Awesome Burger and it was outstanding; best I have had in a long time. Large covered outdoor area with big tables and water misters make it very nice, even in the heat. Dogs welcome!”

“Super cute restuarant! Kind servers and food came fast. The building is very beautiful on the inside, they did a great job decorating, and music playing was a good volume and sounded traditional. Food was delicious, the soup they had as an appetizer was super good too! 1 star off just because they had limited drink options and the peas and carrots felt like they came from a can. “Rustic little Cafe that has some pretty good food. The Breakfast Sandwich with sausage was great. The oatmeal was wonderful and the biscuits and gravy were very filling. The nice thing here about the biscuits and gravy was it didn't leave you with that heavy rich meal hangover. The gravy was light and had gentle taste and the biscuits were magnificent. Highly recommend trying this place out. While in town stop at the Hamley Western Wear store and learn about the Hamley history.”

“We ordered the Country Fried Steak breakfast and it was incredible. Everything was cooked perfectly and the portion was huge. The country fried steak was delicious with a good gravy and not greasy. The scrambled eggs, hash browns, and pancakes all had a good flavor. My husband and I shared the breakfast and could barely finish it. We were stuffed for the day. We were visiting with an Aunt we hadn't seen in 40 years. She had a burger and fries and said they were delicious. She took half of hers home. After seeing some of the negative reviews, we were doubtful; but can honestly say we had a great meal. The waitress didn't refill my water glass so I drank everyone else's water since they had other drinks, but I think she was trying not to disturb us. When we were leaving, I forgot my Wet Ones on the table and she came outside to give them to me. So nice of her. That definitely makes up for not refilling the water glass.”

“Was directed to eat here by coworkers. Ordered a chicken burrito. Packed with chicken and veggies. Textures were good. Red salsa was a dark chipotle style and very good. Green salsa was good and almost sweet but still had some heat. I used all of both. Service was fast. Guy at the counter was super nice.”
