“We went to the Puttery in Pittsburgh to celebrate my bachelorette party and let me tell you, I’ve never had a better experience. The golf was hard, but I’m pretty inexperienced. The service, however, I cannot say enough wonderful things about! Jay was absolutely fantastic. Her personality and service for our group was through the roof. I would come back just to have her serve us again. The chef came into our room to deliver our food. The food? DELICIOUS! I would love to know how they made their chips and all of their dips. I could have ordered another set of it to go. The only downfall was that they were busy and the toilet paper was out, but as soon as we told someone they immediately restocked all of the stalls and thanked us for telling them. The vibes and service were immaculate here. I highly recommend!”

“We made reservations on Friday night before a show at the Byham Theatre. So glad we made reservations because it’s not a large place and it filled up quickly. Our server was the BEST we ever had! I wish I remembered her name. She was a young woman with personality plus!! The martinis were spectacular! We each had the grilled cheese sandwich and shared appetizers. “Came here for my birthday, and clearly indicated this on my reservation. Unfortunately this fact wasn't acknowledged by the host or our server. I don't expect special treatment, anything for free, or anything like that, but a simple "Happy Birthday" doesn't cost anything. I bring this up because it kind of set the tone for service the rest of the night. We were sat down in a section that was mostly empty, and were visited by a server fairly promptly. We ordered apps separately from entrees, which I know in some restaurants means a longer wait because they'll have less time after you're done with apps to make the entree. But here, the entrees were still brought out before we were done with apps. Again, waiting until the first course was finished would have cost nothing, but it wasn't done. Then when our water ran out, we were left waiting for a while until we got more. The restaurant wasn't super busy at the time, so I don't think they have that excuse for the poor service. However, the food and decor were wonderful, so I have no complaints on that side. But for the prices they charge, I expect a bit more out of service.”
