“Formerly Crazy Crepes, the new Piccola Venezia is a lovely spot! Family owned, "Little Venezuela" is warm and friendly. We had two savory and two sweet crepes, and very good hot coffee. Everything was excellent and generously portioned. Highly recommend!”

“really good crispy chicken sandwiches and hot, fresh, crispy boardwalk style fries! everything comes out fresh and hot and the chicken is tender & juicy. my only complaint is that the cost of a sandwich + fries combo is a little bit expensive for a counter service place, but I guess that’s just how it is these days. Also their “Nashville” style is sweet-hot, not a true red-hot. I don’t mind it personally but it’s not true nashville style.”

“This place rocks for a variety of reasons: 1. the food's great; 2. the atmosphere is great (live music on certain days and an overall happening atmosphere); and 3. the husband and wife team that run this eatery are great. I was stationed in South Korea for a year where I developed a taste for the food, and I can say that the food this place serves is even better then what I had in Korea. I think it's due to better quality ingredients and the American spin this couple adds to their dishes. Great place, my wife Cynthia and I highly recommend it.”

“DO NOT SLEEP ON THIS AMAZING NEW RESTAURANT IN KSQ. Looking for a quick lunch after Longwood Gardens, the universe brought us to Sweet Amelia’s. The vegetable-forward menu caught my eye (as a vegetarian, I’ve come to accept that not every restaurant is veg-friendly. Luckily I really love hummus platters!), but the TASTE of each plate stopped me in tracks. I only had the presence of mind to capture a photo of the bbq oyster mushroom gyro (THAT TZATZIKI THO 😍), but we had the pleasure of also tasting the togarashi potatoes, romanesco squash. Possibly my favorite dish was the carrot skordalia - whose bright flavor surprised me so much I had to get more information. Chef Zack took time out of his kitchen prep to field our over-eager questions (and wax poetic about the local food scene). I love when life takes you on delightful and unexpected culinary adventures! We are already planning a second trip.”

“What a fantastic dining experience! It is BYOB, and the waiter was able to point us in the direction of a little craft beer spot. Everyone had delicious food, they were even able to accommodate me, a gluten free vegan, with a special pasta dish the chef made. Beautiful restaurant, clean spacious bathroom, handicapped accessible, indoor and outdoor dining. Fresh handmade desserts and espresso.”

“Hadn't been to Hank's for about four years. My sisters and I were so impressed with today's lunch!! The turkey sandwich was out of this world. The fries were delicious and there were a lot of them!! The atmosphere and decorations are lovely. Kirsten couldn't have been nicer while serving us. Can't wait to return!!”

“Antonia’s is going to be a new staple in our house and should be in yours as well! We ordered a half pepperoni square pie and it was incredible. I love the little slices of pepperoni and the cheese that they finish the pizzas with after they come out of the oven. The crust is amazing. It’s not overly doughy in the way a lot of square/Sicilian pies can be, but still dense enough to give you all of the flavors of their homemade dough. And I love the charring from the oven - no burnt flavors whatsoever and a perfect crunch and crisp to it. More than just the dough though, the sauce and cheese have so much flavor that when you put it all together you get the best pizza in Kennett Square, bar none. Can’t wait to taste my way through the rest of their pizza menu. PS - the chocolate chip cookies are 🔥”

“I just grabbed to-go roast beef and it was so photo worthy, but I slammed it down too quick. expect gourmet baked goods and a small selection of quality prepared food. I'll definitely be back. BTW Make sure you feed your meter to avoid a ticket. Kennett PD as bad as PPA.”

“Very good food. I had the chicken enchiladas and they were delicious. Firm and full with a spicy red sauce. My wife had the traditional pork tacos and they were fabulous. With the rice and beans they were very filling so I got one! The staff was very friendly and service was attentive and a quick.”

“The food and house made wines are excellent. Great selection of local microbrews. Also a byo- but hardly necessary with full bar including local spirits. Vegetarian and vegan options on the menu.... which might be a first for a restaurant in this town (thank you). Staff are friendly and attentive. Bar has a great vibe. Highly recommended.”

“Menu was above par bar food but not all items were prepared well. We stopped in for first time and selected several items. The fried pickles and the scrapple dumplings would be ordered again. Same with the poached wings and shrimp roll. The bow tie pasta salad as a side and the Mexican street corn cakes will not be chosen again. Very bland. Opt for the beer flight to sample ones before getting a full glass if unsure.”

“The food was good. We stopped here on our way out of town after Longwood gardens. The cactus salad was awesome. The tongue taco was amazing, but the El Pastor I would not recommend. The guy who waited on us was very new and didn't know the menu. We got through it with only a few hiccups.”

“Great Wawa location! Very clean store! It’s bright and warm inside the store which is nice when it’s dark and cold out. Service is quick. They have a wide selection despite it not being a location with gas and a smaller store footprint. The staff is attentive, well mannered, and friendly.”

“We are residents of Kennett for 40 years and have to say that this is the best food experience we have had in the borough. We ate at Cafe de Thai two nights ago and had such an amazing meal that we came back two nights later and to our delight we experienced an even better meal. The won-ton soup is superb and had such depth of flavor that it ranks at the top of my list for all-time best (and I sample won-ton soup in every restaurant that serves it.) The steamed dumplings were delicate and flavorful and the sauce was quite tasty. Spring rolls were very good and served piping hot. Pineapple curry with duck was amazing, so flavorful with a hint of spice. Spicy Pad Thai with beef was exceptional and there was plenty to share. Service was good, dishes brought out as they are freshly prepared which makes for a leisurely experience. The only negative is that it can get a bit noisy since there is very little fabric in the restaurant to absorb the noise. But...the food is so good that this is an inconvenience with putting up with. This is hands down our new favorite!”

“Food is so authentic, delicious, and made when ordered. My family loves to eat here. BYOB is a bonus! The only downfall is that service can be a little slow. We just go with plenty of fun drinks, company, and conversation and food is always worth the wait!”
