Isaac's Downtown Bar & Grill

Address: 25 N Queen St, Lancaster, PA 17603, USA

Restaurant

“The staff was super friendly, but the sandwiches are a little on the small side for a deli, but it may be that I'm used to stuff from New York City. I'd say the ruben I had was smaller than 6-inch from Subway, but about double the cost. Still, it was better than Subways, so there's that. They have some decent dietary options, too. But if you're expecting a classic deli experience, this is a little on the "Silver Diner side," if that make sense.”

Silantra Asian Street Kitchen

Address: 101 E King St, Lancaster, PA 17602, USA

“very unique, tasty food that is priced well. good portions. can be crudely described as an asian-styled version of chipotle, but there is much more to it than that simple description. I come here almost weekly. highly recommend.”

My Place Pizza

Address: 12 N Queen St, Lancaster, PA 17603, USA

Restaurant

“For me, it's the My Place Pizza. The best pizza in Lancaster. I even ask for extra My Place Pizza sauce packets and the staff is so friendly and more than willing to oblige. One time I asked for My Place Pizza sauce packets and they gave me three. I said, "Wow, three for free!" and the nice friendly My Place worker laughed and said, "I'm going to call you 3-for-free!". Now the staff greets me with "hey it's 3-for-free!" and ALWAYS give me three packets. It's such a fun and cool atmosphere at my local My Place restaurant, I go there at least 3 times a week for lunch and a large iced coffee with milk instead of cream, 1-2 times for breakfast on the weekend, and maybe once for dinner when I'm in a rush but want a great meal that is affordable, fast, and can match my daily nutritional needs. I even dip my fries in My Place Pizza sauce, it's delicious! What a great restaurant.”

Old San Juan

Address: Hager Arcade Building, 25 W King St, Lancaster, PA 17603, USA

Restaurant

“I had a great experience here. The atmosphere was relaxed and casual, but somehow also felt sophisticated and upscale. While the wait was a little long, we found out that someone called off and that our waitress was doing most of the serving for the evening, so that didn't take away from the experience. The margaritas were very good, and the tacos were authentic and super tasty! They had lots of options to choose from, and I chose shredded beef. They were just a little spicy and loaded up with the toppings. Overall a very good experience and excellent food! Will be coming back. Shout out to our waitress for running the whole show by herself, she rocked it!”

Not a big fan of the acoustics-it can be LOUD in there. I’m looking forward to the summer they have seating on the square.”

“Delicious Easter Brunch buffet spread. The french toast was perfect and not dry, omelet station chef knows how to make a delicious omelet, desserts were great, and the atmosphere was gorgeous. Really reminded my husband and I of the pubs we went to in Ireland. Our waiter was very attentive and helped with menu recommendations for my in-laws. Would recommend!!”

Annie Bailey's Irish Public House

Address: 28 E King St, Lancaster, PA 17602, USA

Restaurant

“The food was exceptional for an Irish pub style restaurant. They had the expected fare plus an interesting selection of modern and vegetarian options. I had the veggie Irish curry which was perfectly prepared and delicious. Great selection of beers, but what else is there but Guinness for a curry? ????. It's a large venue, and the seating is spacious. Too bad it was raining, the patio looked fun. The service and overall impression was excellent.”

Penn Square Grille

Address: 2 E King St, Lancaster, PA 17603, USA

Night club Restaurant

“Surpassed my expectations! Really well priced drinks with a large beer selection. The eating space has a classy, sophisticated feel to it but they don’t overcharge on their menu IMO. Definitely going back for the happy hour specials! ???? ???? ????”

The Pressroom Restaurant

Address: 26 W King St, Lancaster, PA 17603, USA

Restaurant

“The Pressman was a mixed bag for us, but mostly a good experience. For starters, the place presents well. It has a warm, creative decor with just enough old-fashion. The food, when it did arrive, was flavorful and well -prepared. We had the vegan pasta and the quiche - both good. Note on the vegan pasta - I added meat protein and I was still hungry 1 hour later. I recommend adding a salad or soup for sure. As my hint above suggested, the food wait was irksome. It was only moderately busy and we still waited over 40 mins for a pie slice of quiche and a pile of spiraled veggies - tasty but it was just too long. We needed to be at an open house so it made it the wait more significant. Our server was pleasant and we don't blame her of course. If you have 1.5 hours for lunch, you will enjoy it. If not, combined with limited choice menu, I'd try the many other options down town.”

Max's Eatery

Address: 38 W King St, Lancaster, PA 17603, USA

Restaurant

“I love Max's! The smash burgers are wonderfully delicious. Today, I had a very challenging morning professionally. While seated at the lunch counter, one of the waitresses (I think her name was Christine or Christina) kindly asked me how my morning was going. I shared that it had been a challenge. In between busily going back and forth to take care of all her tables, she encouraged me and brightened my day with the most delicious milkshake. I don't often get milkshakes for lunch but her kindness did the trick! I felt 100% better and was ready to go back and take on the rest of the day! Great restaurant, great food, lovely people! Thanks!”

Bistro Barberet & Bakery

Address: 26 E King St, Lancaster, PA 17602, USA

Bakery Restaurant

“We are new to the Lancaster area and booked this restaurant on Open Table. I commented on the bread and was told it was flown in from France. Make sure to take a pastry home for breakfast. We will take friends here soon. We already booked it for dinner before a concert at Fulton Theater. We have eaten in the DC , Central Virginia area in fine restaurants...this one is on our Open Table list for sure.”

McDonald's

“I only ever get micdoubles through the drive through and nothing else. There fairly tasty at a cheap cost. Just my personal opinion, I don't like the new touch screens inside McDonald's now a days, but I understand how cost and time efficient they are.”

J & J Mofongo Restaurant

Plaza Azteca

Address: 1700 Fruitville Pike, Lancaster, PA 17601, USA

Restaurant

“The fresh made table-side guacamole is a must! Great menu items to choose from, and quick service. The portion sizes are fairly large for most of the dishes, so be prepared to eat or take some home. Plenty of options when ordering and customizing your dish, and everything is hot and fresh when it arrives at your table. Occasionally the house music can be a little loud.”
