“We went to willow grove mall yesterday. Wanted to get some halal food. We saw Zara Halal Food court. I wasn’t that interested as most of these gyro restaurants serve sub-par food that doesn’t taste good. But the wifey wanted to taste. We order the platter with 4 proteins. So we got the rice platter with chicken, lamb, shrimp, fries that comes with a pita bread. The bread was dry but the platter tasted really good. We also ordered fried chicken which was very dry. Overall it was a good experience. I liked that platter very much.”

“Second time we’ve tried this place. Both times the wings have been delicious. First time we got spicy soy (2 of 3 on their spicy scale), for me very spicy but really good. 2nd time we tried honey garlic which was also tasty. Definitely coming back.”

“Wife and I used to go to Cheesecake Factory but we stopped a few months ago because the chain went so downhill. Was having my car serviced across the street so we decided to have lunch at the Yard House. We sat at the bar the bartender was very very pleasant. Our meal was delicious. I was looking around the room I was noticing other people's plates everything that I witnessed looked delicious. Will definitely go back to this chain”

“This is a great Cali-Mexican place. Hilarious decor, nice selection of drinks, and good service. They have great food, all sorts of burritos, fajitas, quesadillas, etc. With some fun twists. The menu is also very amenable to vegetarian or vegan diners, they have vegan cheese and sour cream. They also have some standard bar food like wings. I personally enjoy all of the burritos I've ever had, but the enchiladas are also great.”

“The last 2 times we have visited this location, the food/service have not been up to reasonable standards. My wife ordered an appetizer of pot stickers and they were burnt/scorched. After 15 minutes of our waitress being nowhere to be found, we had to ask the hostess to get our waitress for us. She came over and we explained (and showed her) they were burnt, no empathy or emotion, only asked us if we want another order. When our food came to the table, my shrimp scampi dish was tasty but lukewarm at best, mostly cool. I did not want to send another dish back because it seemed clear to us that our waitress didn't care anyways. When our waitress was presenting our check, I explained to her that the kitchen wasn't doing her any favors tonight and explained my lukewarm dish. She suggested we speak to the manager. I spoke with the manager and she was a bit more empathetic and offered us free dessert. I appreciated her offer and accepted the free dessert. More importantly, I would have rather paid for the desserts like I anticipated and also had a much better dinning experience like we anticipated. This is the second time in 6 months that we have had a not so great experience here.”

“I can always respect and admire a well organized and well functioning team of food staff employees working under pressure, especially when the manager can be seen working the food prep process with them. The servers here got my large order 100% correct despite 30 other people waiting with me for food. Wait time was better than expected, and every time I got the attention of one of the employees, they were polite and focused on service and satisfaction. You guys (I hope you're reading this) deserve every bit of praise I can give”

“Good Food for a good price. There was a 25 minute wait, so we sat at the bar and got served right away. Service there was great, and since we were the only ones at the bar, it was like having our own personal waiter. Food was quick, very good, and not bad on the wallet. Haven't been to Olive Garden for a while because the wait for a table was always so long. But tonight was great. Will definitely go back.”

“Thursday, March 14th, at promptly 8:20pm I visited the KFC Willow Grove location via drive through. I had only ordered a simple five dollar box with chicken tenders, along with an additional side of Mac and cheese. Im not sure who took my order over the microphone but they were very pleasant to speak with and made me laugh. When I ordered my meal he made me aware that it would be a four minute wait for the chicken tenders and asked if I was okay with waiting. Of course I was okay with that after the amazing conversation we had prior. After waiting exactly 4 minutes, the same gentleman who took my order, delivered me my food on foot. Not only did he have my entire order correct, with extra sauce that I didn’t ask for but of course much appreciated, he mentioned that he threw in some extra chicken for my “troubles.” Although it was no trouble at all waiting! It was so kind of him because of the fact it was so unnecessary. When I finally opened up my five dollar fill up box not only did it come to my attention that this man gave me double the original chicken I ordered, but also an extra biscuit. This man has by far blew any customer service experience I have ever had at any company out of the water and I suggest more people follow in his foot steps. From his jokes and conversation, to his kind gratification(no bar intended). I wish I knew this guys name.”
