Called in, picked up, ordered in, ordered door dash- in every scenario the interactions were horrid, the wait times were 30-40 minutes AFTER arrival whether I called in or not. Scheduled my order through door dash hours prior to pick up- same experience! In every instance the entire restaurant was empty. Asked for sauce to dip wings was told “sauce doesn’t come with that order. You can have ranch and blue cheese but it doesn’t really go with whole chicken wings”. No option to buy the sauce cups from you that come with the same exact wings if I order them with fries? I truly hope they figure out their service situation because they have the hard part- a fantastic cook! (The fries are gross and inedible. Don’t risk it.)”

“Pizza is VERY oily. I’m not the type to complain about oily pizza. But, this pizza literally sloshes inside your mouth. I’ve ordered pizza from Brixx on several occasions. The crust has no flavor. The delivery is slow. The pepperoni is not bad. Their corn muffins are amazing most of the time. They are sweet, dense, moist and have bits of corn in them which I never enjoyed prior to the experience of a Brixx corn muffin. They are located a mile away from me and have never arrived less than 45 minutes from the time I placed the order. The food is typically lukewarm when it arrives. Their fried chicken is often darker in appearance and simply lackluster in both crisp and flavor. We were often enticed to order from Brixx as we loved their corn muffins. But, the last order came with very cold and tasteless muffins. Cold as in, maybe recently frozen? We didn’t get to them til almost an hour past delivery time and they were still very cold.”

“We came for the Easter dinner buffet and it was superb. For it being the first official day of being open, everything was wonderful. Staff was friendly and working hard, and the food was great. “Delicious food in a picturesque location, Antlers on the Water serves up some great American fare in. A relaxed, casual setting right along the Susquehanna River. The soups were fantastic! The clam chowder was some of the best that I’ve ever had in the area. The pizzas and sandwiches were amazing as well. The service was fantastic and attentive and we were fortunate enough to have been there on a night when there was a musician playing acoustic guitar and signing some old country standards! The music wasn’t too loud and made for an enjoyable dining experience.”

The app didn’t show that the restaurant refunded it, and I never got any notification that it would be missing, so I was upset. I ended up calling the restaurant and a nice young gentleman explained that he HAD refunded the item and tried to call me, but the app wasn’t working properly.
