“My wife and I had a great experience here this past week. After eating at several other highly recommended restaurants in the area I can definitely say this was the best, by far. The building is really cool. The view and location are great. It was a nice mix of upscale and casual. The service was fast. Best crab cake I’ve had. Amazing Shrimp and Grits. Cocktail (the Painkiller) was tasty. I have no complaints. I would love to go back right now but I am flying out in one hour :(”

“The food what fabulous and definitely met our expectations. We had the taste of cane to share and every bit of it was great and was more than enough for two. The service is a bit lacking and the parking in the area isn’t great. It was not too late on a Saturday night and there was no street parking for blocks and the public parking lot charges about $5/hr.”

“Giving 5 stars for the super chill upstairs patio and tasty Tequila Mule cocktail I had.”

“My husband and I had our wedding reception dinner here Saturday (June 1st) and honestly, our expectations were exceeded. Burwell’s General manager went above and beyond to make everything absolutely perfect, even down to cutting and serving our cake himself! Theresa and David were exceptional servers and never missed a beat. So courteous and attentive. The food was delicious as well! We had such an amazing, beautiful evening and we owe a huge thank you to this restaurant and it’s staff!!!”

“Tabbuli is a fantastic place to go in Charleston to just relax and chill. It’s located in a touristic scenic view, but still has affordable prices. I have lived in Charleston for several years and this is still a favorite go to spot! Ask for Devin, she is my favorite waitress and will hook you up with the best hookahs. They serve strong drinks, and have a great atmosphere. Definitely recommend this place!”

“Very good. The BBQ is so tender and juicy. Which is what I want. The sauces are decent but I'd happily eat the BBQ on it's own. The mac & cheese is good too.. the only thing that I didn't like was the entrance. It's a little confusing because the entrance is technically another restaurant called tabbuli and I thought I was in the wrong place at first. Would like better signs”

“I heard about this place and had to visit it. I was warned there is a wait and the place is small but cozy. Small is an understatement. This place is freaking tiny. Yet don't let that fool you this place is awesome. We waited about an hour and a half for a table. However don't worry, Raw is within walking distance of quite of few stores so you can get a lot of shopping done before you eat. Once we got a table I knew I wanted a lobster roll and my wife got tacos. I picked this place due to her gluten allergies and read online they do a good job of being careful in preparing their food. Without hesitation they asked if either of us had any allergies to be aware of and our server was helpful with picking out something she could eat. He told her what to stay away from and what was she could have. Our food came we ate every spec of food. My lobster roll rivaled everyone I had in Maine. The roll was crispy and buttered to perfection. The lobster meat was literally falling out of the roll. My wife got the fish and shrimp tacos and smiled the entire time she ate. Cannot stress enough this little spot was worth the wait and we will be back again.”

“We enjoyed our dinner at Zero. They do not try to hide the price, but, in case you have not been on their website it is pricey. Well worth every penny in my mind. We even tried the caviar course. They are also good about wine refills and everything being in the perfect order. Would go back and would recommend to others. We had a lot of great food on a recent trip to Charleston, but Zero was easily the best. The food was incredible, the service was impeccable, and wine pairing was perfect and creative.”

“Dominoes app is super convenient and easy to use with a build your own option, plenty of extra add-ons , drinks and desserts. You can add less sauce, extra cheese, choose your crust without worrying that the employee is writing it all down correctly. Choose delivery or pickup and it shows you the exact time and has a tracker.”

“The server was really nice and we got seated quick! The food came out fast. Taste was good but on the pricey side! They only have six parking spaces two which are handicap. You will need to park in a nearby garage or find a parking meter. As we were leaving the company that owns the lot behind the restaurant was putting boots on cars that were not authorized to park in that lot.”

“It doesn't look like much from the outside, but Shiki offers some of the best sushi in Charleston. The quality of their food is top notch, and they offer items you won't easily find around here like baby octopus and monk fish pate. It has quickly become my favorite sushi spot in Charleston”

“Good beer and food, but expensive for what you get. Not even full size pint glasses ($6.50+) and 3 pretzel bombs are $12. Atmosphere was a bit trendy for me... seemed too party central and something I may have appreciated in my college days, but not as an adult. The layout of the place is quite cool and has some cozy nooks. Friendly staff.”

“Went for lunch and left full! Their sandwiches are oversized with plenty of everything to water your mouth. I especially enjoyed the all you can drink sodas along with the pickle spears afterwards. The atmosphere inside takes you back to an earlier time in a good way. The staff was nice for the most part and the restaurant was clean as a whistle. Would definitely return...”

“Always a fantastic experience at this neighborhood butcher shop! Knowledgeable and friendly staff to showcase their exceptional quality products. I always grab their famous Wagyu Beef Panini and whatever weekly special sandwich they whip up. Oh and on Saturday afternoons, if they haven't already run out of their made-to-order burgers on the Big Green Egg, you can bet that's part of my rotation too. Thanks for all your hard work and delicious meals!!!”

“I was in for the holiday last week and had the fish and shrimp. Delicious! Theresa (forgive me if I misspelled your name) was wonderful, polite, knowledgeable, and attentive. The shrimp is local sourced and cooked to perfection. The fish is cod and cut and cooked to order. Just a great little place to have a meal at a reasonable price. Will be a regular stop when I am in Charleston! Oh! The banana pudding is fabulously fantastic and delicious!”

“Without a doubt the best tacos around. Parking can be a bit tricky but it's worth it. They have a crazy amount of different tacos and they are all amazing. Me and my wife go every week.”

“So happy to find this delicious vegan cafe during my recent trip to Charleston. I went once for lunch, once for breakfast, and also stopped by on the way to the airport to get something healthy to eat during my trip. Everything was delicious and the light and airy interior encourages you to relax and enjoy!”

“4.5 stars really. Very nice people that really care about what they are doing. Let's discuss the 5 star ratings system. I believe that in current society rating something is done in two ways five stars meaning everything was to your satisfaction or one star meaning everything else. These are my thoughts... Five stars. Everything is excellent. Very clean. Superior service and attention to detail. Top quality food perfectly cooked and plated. Staff does what it takes to make sure the customer is satisfied Five stars is something special. Four stars. A clean establishment. Great food with good service. Four stars should be what most restaurants aim for. Three stars. The food is acceptable but nothing to write home about. The bathrooms might not be clean and the tables might be sticky. But should still be clean overall. Service might be slow and unpredictable Two stars. Dirty. Dishes and utensils that are not clean. Poor quality food with a bad presentation. Very poor service. One star. Disgusting. Inedible food. Rude and/ or non-existent service.”

“First, the staff are incredibly nice! It is so refreshing. Attentive and genuinely friendly. The food is amazing. My friend likes the shrimp tacos and the wings with scallions. I had a beef (?) hollowed out bread sandwich, delicious. My new favorite place to explore culinary delights. Don't miss the Vietnamese Iced Coffee; I am addicted.”

“Dellz Uptown has the best vegan nachos, called snobby nachos, I’ve ever had in my whole life. Even my boyfriend (not vegan) said they were the best he’s ever had. I love that there is vegan and non vegan options here. After being there once, we went back twice in the same week. Very welcoming environment with awesome decor. Definitely recommend it to all vegans and non vegans in town!”

“I loved the seasoning on the chicken. I couldn't do it better. Fries not greasy and they were hot (temp). Great cornbread. The house sauce compliments the chicken perfectly. The blue cheese dressing was chunky you don't find that anymore unless you get it out of a bottle. Try it you will like. Oh yeah, peanut lovers they have fried and boiled.”

“Probably one of the best Indian food experiences in Charleston. The food was amazing and easily shareable which made it even better. I’ve been to Atlanta where they have great Indian restaurants. I can honestly say this is the best Indian food since moving down to Charleston!”

“We had an awesome experience eating here. The food was good but the service really set it apart. Tessa was a wonderful waitress and went above and beyond to make our experience great. If more servers were like her, I would never had a complaint at a restaurant. We will definitely be back.”

“this is my first time in Charleston South Carolina and I did a Google search for crab legs. Nana's seafood & soul showed up and showed out! This food is very very tasty. I love crab legs and this is the first time I've ever had them fried. I really enjoyed them. I also recommend the pineapple lemonade! I love pineapple and I love lemonade but never put them together, this is such a great creation!”

“For some reason we must have gotten luck of the draw cause it was hands-down the best burger from a Hardee's YET! The pickles were precisely spaced evenly apart and was very odd but my goodness was it good! Great job Hardee's team!”
