I especially appreciate the kiosks to order from, as I typically only get coffee and now don't have to wait in line to order, I can grab a cup of coffee and get to work. All staff I've seen are always wearing appropriate covers, masks, etc. Plenty of parking and easy to get in and out of.”

“I knew I had money on my card but it kept getting declined. Do you know how embarrassing that is when you know you have the funds to purchase your goods. So I went right up the road to QT didn't have any problems accepting my debit MasterCard. The air services doesn't work either at 7eleven took my $1.50 but QT has free air. The only good thing I can say is 7eleven has a clean store that's why I gave them 3 stars.”

“I love coming to this 7/11 everyone is always nice and friendly and you get through quickly. Recently they hired an older gentleman and he isn’t the fastest behind the register. I was getting tobacco products and I told him I wanted to pay cash and card. I handed him my cash and told him the exact amount of cash and change that I gave him and he told me it was ready to go, so when I inserted my card into the machine it took off the entire amount on my card and I told him that’s not how I wanted it because the money on my card I wanted it to remain and he told me there was nothing he could do about it (basically oh well) and I’ve been going to this gas station for years and I’ve done that plenty of times so I know it can be done even with existing money on my card. I’m really writing this review because it’s been plenty of times I have went in and he rung me up but instead of being there for 5 minutes I end up being there for 10. I think they need to put him on making the pizzas or something because I was the only one in there and it turned into the line going out of the door because of his mistake.”

“Went in today and got a cup of coffee, noticed that there were coffee grounds in my cup. The manager, Michael, quickly came over, fixed a fresh carafe of coffee and apologized for the problem. We chatted while the coffee was brewing and I was amazed at the amount of customer service that he displayed. Michael is definitely an asset to this store and to the 7-11 company. He displayed true leadership qualities and I left the store with a smile. Not once did he ever get frustrated, he just got the job done. Amazing customer service, especially from a gas station. I hope Michael goes far with this company because he definitely has leadership qualities. Great job!”

“I am so pleased to have this new location in my area. The donuts are the freshest dunkin' donuts I have had in a very long time, both morning and night. I especially like the addition of the Midnight Dark Roast coffee to their menu. It is delicious!! The service I experienced was fast and super friendly in the drive through.
