I have not written but maybe two reviews in my life but had to write one for this restaurant. I’m in Nashville for six weeks and have eaten at this restaurant two evenings in a row and will return frequently. The only problem now is I wish I had one near my hometown.”

“Good food and great service.... but we were honestly shocked to see drinks served in clear plastic bags with plastic straws. That is enough for me not to return. My suggestion is that there are still ‘cool’ ways to serve drinks that won’t harm the environment. Your clientele is passionate about good food and also passionate towards the environment.”

“I'm typically not a "three star" kinda guy... but this place was good, so close to being stellar, just not enough to get to the "four star" level. The feel of the place was akin to chipotle... not a lot of character or warm vibes. Staff wasn't super jazzed about it, seemed like a place for a job. Whereas I like to know that the people behind the counter have knowledge of the importance of healthy lifestyle. Portions are generous! Diversity of things you can put in - its nice to eat light, but feel full. They do a good job of having beans, meats, sweet potatoes, to add substance, and then lighter items like you'd find a salad place. I did not try the smoothies. Only a quinoa bowl. I was satisfied for a lunch.”

“This was my first time at this restaurant. The African American lady at the front was the first person I saw. She was friendly and poised. We were waiting on a friend, and she checked on us sporadically. We were seated after our friend arrived and the service we received was impeccable. The food was quite delectable!!!!!! “The food here is fantastic! We had a nice long walk from the city to get here and it was totally worth it. They serve alcohol, have fantastic pizza, and a wonderful atmosphere. The large family style seating in the main area seemed to have things quite crowded. If the main area is full, then try walking around the corner to the bar area. It was nice and quiet in the bar area with plenty of open tables and some TVs at the bar. Enjoy!”

“I solely knock off two stars for the noise level. My boyfriend and I had to yell at each other across the table to hear what the other was saying. For myself, this pretty much ruined the experience. Especially considering their old location seemed much more intimate. The design inside is cool looking and all but not practical. The food is always excellent! Quality and presentation are great. I highly recommend the rock shrimp as a starter. Dumplings are fantastic too. Service was a little slow at the start but it was Friday night and they were busy. All in all she did a great job. Waters were refilled consistently, and drinks didn’t take long at all to come to our table.”

Cute little place but WOW, food and service was bomb! We ordered the hot chicken pizza & let me tell you from the first bite of the crust to the cheese PHENOMENAL! It does have a spicy kick to it (but I’m from Louisiana, so i love spicy) also, pickles on top.. chopped sweet pickles- which, for me, were a good balance of sweet and spice, but if you don’t like sweet pickles or pickles at all- do without and it’s still just as good! YOU CANT GO WRONG WITH ANY CHOICE!”

“At night, you never know if it is open 24 hours or not. Sometimes the fries are hot, sometimes they are cold. There is a huge turnover in night staff. There was a man with a lot of tattoos that made sure that the food was fresh and the order was correct. The last time I went an older woman was there and the food was cold.”
