“My friends and I go to the Applecake Tea Room quite often as we pass the exit when going to a Ceramic Shop in Lenoir City. We are very pleased and the food is always good. We do wish they would put less broccoli and spinach and more egg in the quiche. Most of the food we have gotten has been good and we love the orange tea. We love to look at all the interesting decor. We don't really consider it a tea room as they have regular restaurant dishes and it isn't decorated as a tea room would be. No fancy porcelain tea pots or cups and saucers. Never the less we like it and will continue to go there.”

“My breakfast experience this morning was great and unexpected. Terrific service by the server named DJ and lots of little unexpected surprises. The muffins were so large that they looked as big as my head! I had half of a blueberry muffin and even though I wasn't supposed to eat wheat I just couldn't resist. The wheat issue here is a real problem and keeps me from coming to this restaurant, but I said yes to my kids this morning and I'm glad I did. I had to work real hard to eat a breakfast that didn't have wheat in it which I think is a huge fault for this company. If this company is going to stay afloat they're going to need to modify their menu to include people who can't tolerate wheat products because at this point they have very little to offer. The food quality is terrific but if I have to work hard to figure out what to eat it discourages me from wanting to eat there. Just gluten-free toast is really a good start but having gluten free bread for any sandwich it's a must for a restaurant in 2019. This restaurant seems like it's a little lost in about 2003. However I really enjoyed my experience this time and we'll try it again when I can splurge and have a little wheat. Because those muffins oh my goodness they're worth the trip.”

“Went in a little after 9 during a road trip and a lovely girl named Hope helped us at the register. The play area was closed and she was about to clean it and I was hoping to let my 16 month old blow off some steam and stretch his legs which she allowed us to do even though it set back her cleaning schedule. “While we love Auntie Anne's Pretzels, the South Knoxville Walmart location leaves something to be desired. Sure, they can make a decent pretzel but the service is consistently bad. I am so sorry I bothered your standing around by ordering food. Now you begrudgingly have to do your job! This is always the attitude. If it's on your menu, I don't feel bad ordering what I want and not some pre-made items that have been sitting in the warmer. I absolutely want a fresh pretzel if I am going to pay those prices. I wonder if managment is aware or if they even care. I can't imagine corporate would want their name represented this way.”

I have ate at a lot of places offer fresh "clean" eats food, but you pay so much for it that its hard to justify it. The Arnold Wrap is huge and it comes with a drink for just $7.99. Plus their meal prep make eating healthy through the week fulfilling, enjoyable, and doesn't make me feel like I'm dieting or clean eating because they are so tasty and they are so much healthy than the "healthy" box meals from the store.”

“They forgot 2 of my cheese hamburgers and charged me for a extra large fry. They gave me both ???? fries, and they were hot and fresh. Unfortunately, when I returned about 8 minutes later saying they forgot my 2 cheese burgers the manager Nikki did not want to give them to me. After a long talk at the window with her she finally agreed to give me both of my missing burgers. I had the receipt, but had dropped the food off with my kids. So they didn't want to give me my paid for burgers. Normally, my order is perfect with good service, but they will have to earn that star back with me. Respectful and kind costumer service goes a long way. God is good.”
