“Not a bad place to eat when there is nothing else in the area. We choose this place because they where the only ones that could deliver to our cabin. Upon calling in our order we kept getting hung up on or NO answer so we decided to drive and place our order and pickup. The best part about the meal was the cheese sticks. Wings are okay! Sandwiches are not worth the money. We think this location can use a little work but maybe perhaps they are a busy location. We have mixed feelings about this location so we can NOT RECOMMEND them at this time but they maybe worth taking the chance for.”

“What a lovely quaint little restaurant that reminds you of your grandma's cooking! The biscuits we're so light and fluffy and the gravy had so much flavor! The pork tenderloin is done just the way it should be and the potatoes were fried perfectly. They weren't greasy at all! Everything was priced reasonably and the food came out quick and hot! My husband and I definitely found us our new little spot when we are visiting!”

“We walked in at a perfect time and didn't have to wait for a table. Our server was great, his name is Hing. He had good knowledge of the menu and had a fun personality. The food came out relatively quickly for how busy the restaurant was. The flavors were phenomenal! I'm not a big apple fritter fan, but these were amazing!! We had the Apple Julep grilled chicken. I was pleasantly surprised at how juicy it was and the apple relish was spot on. We also had the pork chops and they also were spot on. We have waited a long time to eat here and it did not disappoint. The atmosphere is very homey and inviting. They even had live music outside the entrance. Beautiful restaurant and grounds. Thank you for a wonderful experience. It was my first time to this area and the restaurant. Keep up the great work, I give you 5 * * * * *”

“This was my first time dining at Five Oaks and my husband and I were both impressed. First off, I cannot believe the amount of food that give you! We were both stuffed. They have the biggest and best biscuits in the world! When I was choosing my entree and decided to go with the fried chicken, I expected it to be the best fried chicken I've ever had in my life with the price I was paying for it. I had no idea they were going to bring out a strainer with a breast, thigh, and leg. The breading was perfection and the chicken was incredibly juicy. My husband tried the chicken pot pie and it was so good! Wheel of Lunch so much that we came back another day for breakfast. Their Breakfast Skillets are pretty good but I am not a fan of their grits. They also have some of the best sweet tea I've had in Tennessee!”

“This place was run by excellent management, clearly.the food was prepared in small batches and it all looked presentable and hot and fresh.I was so happy with my honey walnut shrimp, and my Beijing beef. The fried rice that my wife ordered was fresh and the noodles that I ordered were some of the best I've ever had at a Panda Express. I may have been lucky, but it looked like it was a well-oiled machine. The restaurant was also clean and the service was done with a smile! I'll definitely revisit the next time I'm in town.”
