“I ordered 3 grilled chickens and 1 salad. I was handed 3 bags after paying at the drive thru. It was around 10 PM at night so I decided to park to see if I had everything in my 3 bags. I was missing my salad but that’s when I saw a young lady come running at my car full speed. I was not at them about not giving me my salad, but the dedication that young lady has of giving me my food was out of ordinary. Usually I would go to McDonald’s where if they forget my order and I pulled off they wouldn’t do anything and keep the meal, but Wendy’s has my trust now. I would 100% encourage you to come here”

“It was an amazing experience. Went in right around 6:30 on a Friday night and was seated right away with an amazing server, Madison. She took care of us the entire meal, never had to ask for a refill, drinks were cold and crisp, appetizer was incredible and the meal just topped it all off. She also packaged the leftovers and even gave us two new bowls of soup to take home. If you eat there, ask for Madison!”

“Absolutely astonishing service! Good food, flexible service, and every worker knows their stuff, or at least who to ask. Highly recommend a visit here, I brought another meal home with me. They spoil you! One thing to be conscious of - the wood tables to the left of the entrance do get sticky do to the wood's reaction to the sunlight. No amount of cleaning will help unfortunately. I'm sure you can request a different table if you can't stand it, we just layed our napkins out on the table.”

“The food was great. I had the salmon burger, garlic fries, side salad, and my wife and I shared the spinach and cheese dip. My wife had the chicken and salad combo. It was kind of "sad" as she put it. The place was really loud and the AC was right on us. The place was not that busy and my wife and I couldn't hear ourselves. Deon was an awesome server. Upbeat and took good care of us. I feel like they were short on staff. Deon served us and worked behind the bar. Our wait for food and bottomless refills took longer than normal. We experienced this at the Knoxville location as well. Maybe they are short staffed. One of the staff members said that it's been a long day (it was only around 2 pm).”

“What do you expect from a fast food place? Shouldn't be much, I mean it is called a fast food restaurant. That being said, I found nothing wrong with what I ordered and they actually got it all right first try so thumbs up there. Only problem was that it was 1130 pm and we literally sat in the drive through for a solid 25 minutes. How many cars were in front of us you ask?? 3. Just 3 cars. It's called fast food for a reason and that it was not on this summer night. Do what you will with my given information.”

“We didn't notice the floor until after we ordered. Not only did it have food on it but it was dirty. I'd understand if it were during a breakfast or lunch rush, but this was around 2pm. My husbands food was unappealing. The fries were cold. He could have sent them back, but they should have never sent them out in the first place. “This was the first time I've ever been here. The roles were fantastic I loved my potato and the mac and cheese. The broccoli salad was unique and delicious and I would definitely get it again. However, my main dish which was recommended to me by my server, was the prime rib. It was well spelled and came out with a nice red center, however, it was very fatty probably a third of it was solid fat. I would not argue fat does add flavor, but when it's that much it's just chewy grossness that you have to avoid. My server asked how I liked it, I told her it was okay but extremely fatty. She did a say that she was sorry and that at least I was honest with her. However, there was no attempt to try to get a better cut or to get a little bit more that wasn't solid fat. So I ended up leaving a bit disappointed I will go again but I would not get the prime rib.”
