“My husband and I have been wanting to try this coffee shop for a while now. We stopped by on a Saturday morning and it want busy. We walked in and there was only one other customer and it was very quiet inside. Nobody greeted us so it was a bit uncomfortable. There was a food case as well as coffee and tea related items for purchase. The menu is on the wall behind the counter. Once we walked up to the counter nobody greeted us or said that they would be with us. Kind of awkward. Once someone came up to take our order she was friendly. We sat down to wait for our drinks and noticed that most tables had plugs for your electronics. The bariatas bring your order to you so that's nice. Our drinks were good but I feel like we missed the overall message of what makes this place special. Is the coffee supposed to be better quality or is there something else that we could have learned about this business that might be cool to know?”

“New BBQ joint opened near the house so had to come in and give it a try with a few hungry friends. Definitely a hidden gem that I luckily heard about and drive by daily. It's located in the corner of the shopping center off the tollway. Friendly staff, reasonable prices, and great flavors. I personally don't like using much sauces that take over the taste, and this place has great smoky flavors so I didn't do much bbq sauce dipping. Saw many in there ordering a huge burger that had a little bit of everything in it that I will try next time I'm in the area for lunch by myself.”

They use fresh quality ingredients, their menu has tons of gluten-free options that don’t comprise on flavor- the food and plates come out fresh and hot. “My friend and I have been going to many Mexican restaurants around Dallas trying to find real authentic Mexican food and have only found Tex mex until today. I tried this restaurant and it was amazing and truly authentic Mexican food. The owner was extremely nice and made the food himself. He gave us a free taste test of some of his food and it was amazing. The food is fantastic and the customer service is great. I will definitely be coming back here soon.”

“Came here as it’s in the neighborhood for some appetizers and drinks. For the food we had the calamari and grilled oysters. Both dishes were alright. The calamari was cooked well, but the amount of calamari to the fried onions and peppers was insufficient. The grilled oysters were nice, but not exceptional. The drinks were a good deal. It’s 5.00 for cocktails. Bottom line. Come here for happy hour drinks and maybe try the entrees over the appetizers.”

“Ordered a Pink Drink with light ice, extra coconut milk and light strawberry base, and it was made perfectly. Much praise as it tasted exactly as I hoped. I do prefer it with light ice, but the most important part of the drink is when it is made with a much higher ratio of coconut milk to strawberry base - if not, it gets too sweet for me. It should end up being a very light pink color.”
