“Went to The Gameroom for sone wings and a beer!!! What I found was a clean gameroom and bar and grill staffed with the nicest people ever!! Wings were great and beers were cold!! “Y'all go eat at the Bluebonnet City Grill...cause I don't want to see another small, locally owned, Ennis restaurant go under. It's down in the Plaza Del Sol shopping center. So I'm getting the word out there...its good food! Look at that Alaskan Salmon! Great crispy seasoning and cooked perfectly medium well. The redskin mashed potatoes were the creamiest, and they thankfully didn't just slop.steamed broccoli on my plate like other restaurants do, they seasoned it well. They baked potato soup was pretty good too, but not my favorite. Atmosphere wise, they could have used some light music, and the floor in the back was super sticky, I think from residual glue from maybe pulling the old floor up and the humidity? Wait staff was good and pleasant. I would have rated it 4 stars because of the atmosphere needs, but that salmon and mashed potatoes were so good, I figured that was the most important thing and deserving of 5 stars By the time I left, the restaurant was filing up nicely so I'm glad to see people have found it.”

“I’ve enjoyed the laid back atmosphere of this establishment and think highly of Al, Shawn, and the service staff at this place but unfortunately have zero respect for the trailer trash manager they currently have running the place. She has absolutely no tact or people skills whatsoever. It’s a fun environment though and a great mix of people frequent Big Al’s so I highly recommend it. I’m sad to say however that I won’t be returning with any of my friends until there’s a change in management. I feel Big Al’s needs to seek out a manager who’s more educated and has the people skills worthy of representing this fine establishment with the class and dignity it deserves. That’s the only reason I didn’t grant that 5th star on my review.”
