“Brandon and Britney were so generous to offer a tour of REDI Local Market for our homesteading group conference. They served us a great breakfast of breakfast tacos, juices, smoothies and Plum Fabulous Foods’ raisin and wheat breads. I love that they also provide a storefront for healthy locally raised meats, veggies, sauerkraut, honey and many other items. They’re a wonderful contribution to La Grange and I wish them the best!”

“We have visited Ere’s several times. The food is delicious with generous portions and great prices. The wait staff are friendly and attentive. Get there before the meal time’s rush as seating for in-house dining can be limited. It’s a great place to meet friends and either bring a bottle of wine to share or bring an excellent drink from the well-placed bar next door.”

“My buddy and I was stopping through and looked across the street from Holiday Inn and went in before closing and they were very nice people and welcomed us with love. It was closing time but they still took our orders and prepared hot fresh food. If you're looking for genuine soul food and great hospitality this place is the place. I'm from SC never had that type of tea before but whatever it was it was different from how we make but really good. If I ever get close 5o this area again I will definitely drive back through to it. Thanks for the smiling faces, laughs and I also tried ox tails for the first time it tasted just like stew beef to me great staff and cooks.”

“Always enjoy JW Arnold’s BBQ. Went first two weekends they were open - tried chicken, ribs, brisket and sausage. It was all great. Checkin was perfect and ribs were amazing. Brisket and sausage was good as well. Love convenience of drive through and made to order. Thank you!”

“I have taken 3 cooking classes at Cowgirl Provisions and will be back again and again. By watching and listening to Annie I have learned many new and delicious recipes - which we also got to taste during the class. Her cooking techniques are unique, easy and great for my home kitchen and family needs. Annie's creative blends of flavors really ramp up the recipe - but the recipes are not so detailed that I would not try them. Her seasonings are primarily things I already have in my kitchen. We also enjoy shopping from the Cowgirl Provision's freezer. So many heat it up and enjoy items are available and make dinner different and yummy! It's also a shopping experience. Annie stocks kitchen tools and gadgets along with "provisions" to add to her menus. Delicious brownies, yogurts, dressings, cheeses, oils, beef......all locally sourced. Annie is fantastic about promoting other businesses in the community. She is fun and enthusiastic about her craft and makes learning in the kitchen a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend anyone in the Flatonia area stop in and visit Annie AND definitely take a class.”

“Great food and a pleasant staff. The restaurant was very clean though sparsely decorated. I had chicken fried chicken, squash and fried okra. The portion was large (I’m 6’3” 230 lbs) and I couldn’t eat it all! Tasted great! Prices are very reasonable. I’d recommend this place to my momma but come hungry!”
