Restaurant

“I love the food!! These were only some of the appetizers we ordered in the pictures. The papaya salad, pad Thai, pad see ew, ramen, sushi set A, a glass noodle appetizer, and sweet and sour beef were all very delicious. It is rare to find a restaurant where every dish was made so well. However, the service was terrible. After dropping off our entrees, we never saw our server again. We really wanted to order deserts and made many attempts to flag someone down. My dad had to walk up to the bar to ask to see if someone can please stop by our table. We were so upset at this point that we just paid and left without ordering deserts. It was my mother’s birthday and we were so disappointed to have that ending to dinner.”

Half Shells Seafood

Address: 23501 Cinco Ranch Blvd Suite 140, Katy, TX 77494, USA

Restaurant

“Today is May 6, 2024 and I’m so happy. I finally got to try this place. We were greeted by the host who was friendly. We were able to pick the table of our choice. We ordered the calamari for an appetizer and they were cooked very well and they came with two dips… one tartar sauce, and I forgot the other but it was good. So the fish and chips were very tasty, including the fries and cute small hush puppies. The server was very attentive by bringing us drinks every five minutes. The atmosphere was very clean and inviting, including the restrooms. Price was very decent, especially for top quality seafood. The portions were good and let’s not forget the seasoning on the fries that were very tasty. If you plan to go during the week around lunchtime, you will be very pleased in the meal that you enjoy there.”

PUCCI Café

Address: 23501 Cinco Ranch Blvd Suite N200, Katy, TX 77494, USA

Bakery Cafe Restaurant

“Well this is funny. I didn’t know what I was getting myself into when I walked in to Pucci. I was going with my family to get coffee and ended up at the Gucci version of a Dog shop. It was definitely the vibe of upscale and glamorous. It was very clean and had lots of interesting dog accessories and clothing for sale throughout the cafe. But what was really amazing is the outdoor patio area! That was cool! The staff were kind, courteous, and attentive. They had a decent selection of sweet treats and drinks. I had the matcha latte and cheesecake. Both were good! Maybe I’ll go back even if it’s not my cup of tea.”

Everything is so fresh and tasty and there’s so much flavor! The Autumn salad is my go to every time! The drive thru is super convenient my food always comes out super fast by the time I get to the window and pay. I already have my food and the customer service is incredible. The place is super clean. Definitely my favorite place to go when I don't want to cook.”

Joe's Italian Restaurant

Address: 6627 W Cross Creek Bend Ln, Fulshear, TX 77441, USA

Restaurant

“This is a great weeknight spot for some family Italian food. The venue is quite large with a lot of tables throughout. The staff was all very kind and sat us immediately, our server was super attentive throughout the whole night. The place was kind of empty, although we went on a Wednesday around 6pm, only 4 tables were being used. Very good family environment, but I probably wouldn’t bring a date here, the environment is kind of busy and the seating has little privacy for conversation. I’m terms of food, everything was super tasty although nothing was amazing. The free bread was the star of the night for me, super warm, fluffy, and salty. The olive oil it was served with was very well seasoned. The Chicken Marsala was probably the only major miss for the night, it had an odd flavor that we didn’t love. It was better when we requested some lemon to have on top of it. The Cheese Ravioli and the Baked Ziti were good and well seasoned, with plenty of fresh tomato sauce. Although I felt the portions, especially the ravioli, could have been larger for their price since they had no meat. Both the Caesar and Greek Salads were very fresh and super generous with the dressing which we appreciated. We tried the Limoncello Mascarpone for dessert. The lemon mascarpone part was very rich and full of citrus flavor, although the cake was a little dry and dense from being refrigerated. Overall, the place has pretty good Italian food for the family. The staff is impeccable and has great service, although the food leaves something to be desired. They seem to be in the process of updating their menu and offerings, so I look forward to seeing what they do.”

“The charcuterie board was fresh, delicious, and beautifully crafted. The space is super cute and was perfect for a date. The service was spot on and very friendly. My husband and I will definitely be back to try the coffee, sandwiches, and sweet bites.”

Kiku Ramen + Boba

Address: 9910 Gaston Rd Suite 170, Katy, TX 77494, USA

Cafe Restaurant

“Loved the decorations and vibe of the restaurant! Ramen was REALLY good. I would say the pork did need more flavor, overall the broth and everything was amazing. I did order another side of ramen and I think the portion that they give you is enough and will fill you up. Boba was pretty good, but it wasn’t my favorite. The price on the ramen was $14, which I think is fair for the amount of food you get.”

Maple Street Biscuit Company

Address: 4906 FM 1463 Suite 700, Katy, TX 77494, USA

Restaurant

“This is a great brunch spot! It’s pretty causal, you order at the counter and find your own table, then they’ll call your name to the counter when your food is ready. It gets really busy really quickly, especially on the weekends, so come early (before 10:00 am) if you want to avoid the crowds. We throughly enjoyed all our food, I’m not sure there’s an item on the menu that would be bad. The Five & Dime was a show stopping biscuit sandwich, absolutely towering with eggs, bacon, cheddar, and smothered in the gravy. It was great but definitely a fork and knife ordeal. Overall super delicious, but maybe a little big for one person. The Farmer was my personal favorite of the items we tried. It was a simple piece of fried chicken with cheddar and bacon, absolutely drenched in their spiced apple butter. My only wish was that the apple butter was heated more before they put it on- but it was still so good I cleared my entire plate. The Eggs-Traordinary Risky Biscuits were a great filling breakfast, once again a little too big for one person, but super tasty. The gravy has a cajun spice in it, which was a little much, but still good. The Smashbrowns were SO good. Amazingly crispy with lots of fresh green onions inside. The ranch was tangy and had plenty of buttermilk, just like Wingstop if you’re into that. The Biscuit and Jelly was simple in the best way. The tender biscuit was a perfect contrast to the sweet and tangy jelly. The Maple and Vanilla Latte was good, not great, but a good start to our day : ). It didn’t have much of a maple or vanilla flavor- but was well toasted and not too sweet. The Peach Berry Lemonade was SO flavorful. Very smooth with both the peach and berry making their voices heard. It’s a little strong at first, but once a little ice melts it’s perfect. Overall- we loved it. I need to come back asap so I can try more items, especially the Squawking Goat- it looked too good when the table next to us ordered one!!! UPDATE (5/11/24): We came back because we just had to try more food :)!! Once again- everything was amazing. We came the day before Mother’s day so it was pretty packed- but they still brought our food out super quickly. The Squawking Goat was just as good as it was recommended to me! The pepper jelly was spicy and sweet and was a great contrast to the creamy and salty goat cheese. The Lil’ Taco, although a kids meal, was very satisfying. A good breakfast taco that was absolutely loaded to the brim with avocado- which was much appreciated The Chicken and Waffles was good, but the asiago of the waffle was a little overpowering. The chicken was super crispy and very tasty when paired with the syrup. The Chocolate Chip Biscuit wasn’t amazing- very sweet but I’m sure a kid would love it : ). The Biscuits and Gravy and the Two Egg Combo were very standard, but exactly what we wanted. They were hearty, filling, and warm on the cold rainy morning. Once again, we had great food and a great experience with the staff- we will definitely be coming back.”
